The staff were excellent.

Cons:

I paid extra for breakfast to be included in my rate but have a gluten allergy. When I informed the chefs, rather than cook breakfast in a separate pan with clean utensils, like every other hotel I’ve stayed in around the world, they simply told me I couldn’t eat there.
I checked out a day early and moved to another hotel.
Also, all food and beverage is halal so even if I could eat breakfast, there was no bacon!!!

Herrie gemaakt op de gangen , 2 dagen . Waardoor je wakker werd en niet meer kon slapen . Gasten zelf hielden geen rekening mee dat er nog andere gasten in het hotel verbleven .

Not worth the money. You can get a better property for this price range

Cons:

The room not clean properly. I saw cockroach, spider web on the corner and they still use broken hairdryer. The cable of the hairdryer is broken domehow they just tape it and hoping it’s safe enough.the breakfast is as bad as the room, so dirty, some of the food taste so off. And the staff is the worst. Only the security have a good manner, the night receptionist is the worst

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Location is great it’s like five minutes from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times.

Cons:

Well for me, I didn’t like anything on the breakfast. I’m not sure what the orange juice was but it definitely was an orange juice. Coffee was really cold. The food is just not good. Service is slow and I felt this every time I’ve stayed here but it’s close to the airport and it’s clean good value.
