Pros:

Excellent food and exceptional variety of choice for breakfast, cleanliness, design, location, helpful staff.

Cons:

Kettle, although operational, had some lid parts missing, it did not switch off automatically once water had boiled; had to be supervised.
Key cards decoded twice during only two days stay - had to go back and forth to reception as could not get to the room.

Not a 4 ⭐. Maybe a 3. Budget base but can't stay for more than 2 nightd
Pros:

Locale is ok. Some local eats and bars. Near a shopping centre and not far from beach

Cons:

Not sure what constitutes as a 4⭐ now. Place needs a massive uplift. There was painting happening but it's very old style
Didnt feel clean. Looked ok but there was a smell in my room.
TV didn't work. I know you don't go for a TV but if it's there, should make sure it works ok.
No USB charging port. Had to use TV and took all night to charge.
I didn't have a view but I did t pay much so no complaints there.
There's no real pool.....honestly why bother
The breakfast was NOT good at all. Better to save whatever little it is and eat out

Pros:

I thought this was a great hotel to stay at in Kuta near the airport. It is located nearby to some great places to eat and walk about. The sea is close and has really easy access to the airport.
The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was large with many hot options. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bali.

Cons:

No complaints. Great experience.
