Ganze Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten bzw Matratzen hätten schon seit einiger Zeit ersetzt werden sollen.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Anreise und mussten leider kurzfristig stornieren. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war super und man ist uns super fair entgegengekommen. Danke.

The staff are friendly and super nice

Cons:

We didn’t enjoy our stay at all, booked for 8 days there. For the amount of money we paid at least they should give us at least a pleasant visit.. but instead for the last 8 days we feel like wanted to get out all the time..
they have a potential cute garden, but never seen anyone clean the garden ( cigarettes butt everywhere )

Inside the bedroom there’s a lot of cobwebs! Some of the roof there’s a hole and they only cover it with plastic garbage bag?! The air conditioner not cold too!

For the last 2 days we can smell dead rodent near the breakfast area too!

J’ai aimé la simplicité de l’hébergement, l’accueil amical, les chambres familiales, la proximité avec la ville de Batukaras et la mer.

Overall enjoyable. Would come again!
Pros:

Breakfast had some options. We liked them! The cottages were lush and surrounded by trees and the staff was super helpful. Room was cozy and the kids love the attic in our family cottage.

Cons:

There was a leaking part inside our room so we could hear water dripping when it rained outside. The floor had a chipped part so it was a bit dusty. And it would be great if the room had more lamps since it was a bit dimmed at night.
