Excellent stay.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Great shower, lots of hot water. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I ate at the restaurant and the food was nice. I loved the cats, very well behaved and loved a pat. The location is close to cafes, restaurants and the beach.


I would definitely stay here again without hesitation 🙂

Good location for couples and friends.
Pros:

Location is very happening. It's like downtown Kuta. Lot of options for spas.

Cons:

No lift. Had to climb 3 floors by stairs. Hotel staff was helpful to carry the luggage though.
