An absolute nightmare - a complete lack of basic utilities and horrendous daytime customer service
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this entire stay was the nighttime receptionist. He was calm, professional, and knew how to respectfully handle customers during a stressful situation. Unfortunately, one decent employee cannot make up for the absolute failure of the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

We lost both power and water during our single-night stay, and the hotel's backup generator was completely broken. To make matters worse, the daytime receptionist was incredibly rude, falsely claimed to be the manager, and arrogantly stated that the lack of basic utilities was "not in their control." It is completely unacceptable to leave a family with young children in a room without a fan, AC, or running water.

My Stay at GRACE RESIDENCY
Pros:

I am happy because It was very useful for the departure of my flight MH 145 to Auckland.
The hotel is reasonably clean and the rooms are good for a family.

Pros:

空港から近い。でも違う出口から出てしまうと全く近くない。場所は非常にわかりにくい。正直近いことしかいいとこない気がする。

何もかもがなんだか不安。部屋は清掃されているとはあまり思えない。ベッドは綺麗だったが、机やイスなどにはゴミが乗っかっており使う気が全く起きない。バストイレ共用の部屋にしたが虫が多く暗く汚い印象を受け、使用しなかった。トイレットペーパーはない。洗面台付近も壊れていたりして汚い。さらにコンセントが使用できず、充電できないまま翌日を迎えた。どの変換プラグを使っても抜け落ち、全く通電しなかった。レセプションに言えば良かったのだろうが、レセプションも無愛想で話しかけづらかった。テレビはチャンネルが登録されていないため見られない。初めてのインドでこのホテルを選ぶと不安で涙がでるような気持ちになるだろう。

空港から近いところは良いです。

Cons:

バスルームはあまり綺麗ではありませんでした。
虫がたくさんいました。

私は夜に到着したのでメトロの入り口が閉まっており、かなり迷いました。夜だとスムーズに辿り着ける人はいないんじゃないかと思います。
これは私のミスでもありますが「ホテルの関係者だから案内するよ」と言われついていくと案内料を請求されました。私が渋っているとフロントのスタッフも払いなさいと味方してくれず残念でした。
インド到着初日だったので慣れていなかったのもありますが、良い思い出にはなりませんでした。

The fact that the rooms are walkable distance from the Chennai airport is a clear win

Cons:

No light or no exhaust in the room made me feel uncomfortable.. however, this is a transit hotel and not expected to be stayed longer. On that point, this is worth the money pais
