Good Location ,Value for Money.
Pros:

Location Inside the Metro Station ,Main Road of the Metro station Gate opens only at 05.30 .Guests should be advised at the time of booking there is a way you can access the Hotel through the Underground scoter Parking. I was getting different information from people around the hotel saying i had to wait till 05.30 am .

Cons:

There is a fully transparent glass door without any signage or visibility marking on it. This creates a serious safety hazard, as someone may accidentally walk into the glass and get injured. It is advisable to place visible stickers, markings, or caution signage on the glass door at the earliest to prevent any accident. Electric Socket next shower in the Toilet is another Hazard . I really don't know why it is there .

Be careful of the snack scam

The man on reception when we arrived, he was very helpful and told us of the places to go in Chennai...airport is so close

Not the cleanest of rooms but for the money you can't moan too much...the problems really started at 3.30am in the morning when we checked out, we left the hotel and some aggressive staff member came running after us demanding money for the snacks in the room, there was no snacks in the room and he got very aggressive towards us saying we owe money for something that was never in the room so beware as I think this is how they scam you, now I had to tell him approx 10times there was no snacks in the room and he kept telling me that I don't understand English...being as I'm an Englishman I found it patronising especially when I was showing him on translate about the snacks written in Hindi and he still didn't listen, not what you need at 3.30am, I would advise even though it's close to the airport look further a field for a decent hotel transport links are easy to get back to the airport at any time

In a word awful

it was next door to the skybar

Cons:

The constant banging, work being done through the night
Bed sheets were dirty
The room was filthy and the bathroom had cucarachas in it
The staff unnable to deal with and shut up a shouty man at reception last night.
