Pros:

Very close to airport and metro station

Not very comfortable, bathroom is not super clean, but its fine, its not dirty

Great location
Pros:

Proximity to the Airport is the one which I liked most

Cons:

The Rest room cleanliness needs improvement. I have fed this back to the reception as a feedback already and hopefully they take it seriously.
There are parking restrictions in that area. There should be a parking location for loading and unloading of luggages

Pros:

The only advantage of this hotel is, it is exactly below the Airport metro. Also, we can just walk and reach Airport in 300 meters.

Cons:

Apart, from this, the room is very small. If it is one person, it is OK. But still, the bathroom is not clean, and I paid 3700 Rs for one day.

Checkin time is 11am. Even if you reach the hotel at 9:30 am, they will charge you 800 Rupees for early checkin. So please do not plan this hotel if you are arriving the hotel before 10:00 am. The staff will behave as if it is a 5-star hotel... But, not worth 3700 Rs. Instead you go to Southern comfort hotel which is 1km away from the airport. They provide airport shuttle service too. 10 times better than Grace residency.

Decent Stay at prime location with poor sanitizaion and lack of cooling. Power Support not to mark.

Cons:

Sanitization couple of cockroaches in room with few bedbugs. Frequent electricity outage. With AC not working after that. No support available. The member at receiption could not understand and resolve the issue.
