Pros:

I booked a delux room for my parents (seniors). Full marks to the staff at Brick Castle for taking care of their needs during the 2 days stay and arranging timely airport pick and drop too.

Cons:

My parents were happy with most aspects of their stay. Food was good. Service was prompt. No real complaints :)

Pros:

The exterior of the property looks good.

Cons:

We were given a room with broken and decayed furniture. The toilet was extremely dirty and the commode had stains in it. The jet spray, shower etc had rusted and were not in working condition. Overall the was very dirty and very different from the images we saw on booking.com.
We requested the staff in the morning itself to give us the room we booked on the app, and they asked us to wait till noon first, then again asked us to wait till evening and finally in the evening they said the room isn't available.
So we cancelled the stay and at 8pm at night, I left with my wife and baby and had to find another stay.
Very bad experience! Will never recommend.

Loved the beautiful greenery, calm atmosphere, and cozy architecture of the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location near the beach made the stay even more relaxing. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with friends, family, or your partner. The staff was warm and welcoming too. Definitely one of the most aesthetic and relaxing stays in ECR Chennai. Highly recommended! 💚

Pros:

Emplacement calme.

Cons:

J'ai payer pour une chambre avec salle de bain compris et je n'avais pas la salle de bain dans la chambre.
Salle de bain mauvais etat.
Piscine remplie au 3/4.
Personnel ne parle pas anglais.
Chambre petite.

Will go back for the proximity to my place of business & helpful attitude of the manager & cook.
Pros:

The location was super close to my place of business, that is why I chose this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast timing is very late for people on business trips, I was shocked to know the breakfast time as 9 am. 7:30 am is the universal time as per my experience. Room was very small with no chair or table.

I wouldn't go there for a stay even if offered free.
Pros:

What is good? A bit difficult question
No noise other than that from other guests in the place. It is located in a residential area with not much traffic. So you can enjoy some quiet. Beach is nearby, but the closest area didn't look conducive for a family visit; it looked more like a fishing village area. Didn't have chance to explore much as we were their just for an evening + night.

Cons:

Bad vibes start the moment you step into their 'reception' area. And then it continues all the way to the room - staircase (we already knew and had no issues that there is no lift) with uneven steps; wallpaper in the corridor straining to stay on the wall; and you open the room and are treated to the same inside the room too - wallpaper peeling off everywhere; no chair in the room (reason given, majority of rooms occupied by wedding party who needed more space to lay extra beds! - we didn't have any such requirement).

The following were inconsequential for us-
Food: options are limited. They have a kitchen and cook does provide freshly cooked food. But that's just about it. Eating area, cutlery etc. will leave you with wanting a bit of improvement.
Swimming Pool: a joke to call it a swimming pool.
