Overall all shortcomings were outweighed by their friendliness and helpfulness.
Pros:

First I was assigned roadside room as I wanted a room with a large window, but due to traffic noise I asked for a change. They gave me much larger room without additional cost.

Cons:

Need deep cleaning and phone not working.

Ideal place to stay when travelling from or to Delhi airport
Pros:

The check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was a huge buffet with international and Indian items. The restaurant was clean and so was the room. The room from was big and spacious. It had a cosy feel.
