Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad heel goed onderhouden. Mooie en goede tuin.
Goed gelegen voor de rijstvelden, watervallen en monkey forest.
Kamer eerder verouderd, niet meer zoals op de foto’s.
Handdoeken waren verouderd (dun, minder frisse geur).
Onze kamer lag aan de zijkant van het gebouw (‘poolview’) hierdoor konden we de metalen trap aan de buitenkant heel hard horen in de kamer.
L’emplacement
Hôtel sale et service client déplorable. Nous avons trouvés nos draps tachés de sang. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé au directeur de l’établissement il a été aggressif et menaçant. Un conseil : À ÉVITER !
Prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden en mooi zwembad
Ze hebben iets heel moois gebouwd, nu het onderhoud. De tuin ligt er overigens echt perfect bij, de kamers kunnen wel her en der een opknapper gebruiken

Het was een prima hotel als uitvalsbasis voor de leuke fiets tocht door de rijstvelden, watervallen en apenbos. Verder lekker zwembad bij hotel. Ontbijt was prima. Helaas misten wij een gezellige avondsfeer, waardoor wij elke avond uiteten zijn geweest.
We misten een gezellige sfeer bij het avondeten. Nu zit je in een soort kantine met tl verlichting, dat kan echt beter!

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et l’hôtel est très bien situé pour se promener dans les rizières et aller voir les cascades.
La chambre n’avait pas été bien faite. Des cheveux de l’ancienne cliente était encore sur la paroi du mur. Le personnel a été très réactif !
Nous avons également vu des anciennes traces sur nos oreillers (bien qu’ils aient été lavés).
A very enjoyable stay with a great location near the waterfalls and also monkey forest. Diana in the front office team was great and always had a smile from check in to check out and was very knowledgeable about the area. Momong in the food and beverage team was excellent and nothing was too much. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
We ordered pizza for dinner and it took a long time to come out. They had a bus tour group so I think the kitchen was overwhelmed.
We were lucky enough to stay at this gem during a first trip to Lombok. The staff were all very friendly, especially Diana who made us all feel at ease and very welcome with her warm smile and cheeky humour. Also very professional She made our stay that much more enjoyable.
There is a nice swimming pool and bar area to relax and the food we ordered was delicious too.
The rooms were also very clean with comfortable beds, a smart TV and good water pressure in the shower. Lovely location and hope to come back again. 😁🙏
