Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel, je voelde je welkom. Speciaal Diana achter de receptie deed goed haar best. Het zwembad mooi en groot en prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Vragen die je kon stellen via de whatsapp, je kreeg direct antwoord. Of je lag lekker bij het zwembad en je bestelde een drankje via whatsapp.

Pros:

Rockey stond direct klaar om ons te ontvangen met een glimlach. Elke keer we passeerden stond hij open voor een leuke babbel. Heel vriendelijk en lief persoon!

Cons:

De kamers zijn veel kleiner dan dat ze op de foto’s lijken uitschijnen. Het eten in het restaurant is niet zo lekker, behalve de bananenmilkshake 🙂

Goede locatie, maar niet comfortabel
Pros:

De locatie en het zwembad was top! Personeel was ook erg aardig en ontbijt was lekker.

Cons:

De airco's deden het niet, we zijn verplaatst naar een andere kamer maar daar deed de airco het ook niet. De wastafel lekte enorm dus alles kwam op de badkamer vloer en de kamers werden niet schoongemaakt overdag.

Pros:

De locatie ligt prima maar Tetebatu is niet groot, dus de ligging is al gauw goed.

Cons:

We hadden de suite geboekt, dus dan verwacht je ook een luxere kamer.
Op de fotos lijkt het van hout, maar het is allemaal dun plastic. Zowel de slaapkamer als de badkamer. De afwerking is dramatisch. Alles wat los kan zitten, zit los. Schimmel in de douche, langs de wc.
Het personeel had een onprofessionele houding.
We sliepen er twee nachten, en 2 ochtenden was het ontbijt een half uur te laat en zijn we er zelf achteraan moeten gaan.
Het zwembad was glibberig en niet schoon.
Ze zijn met van allerlei werkzaamheden bezig waardoor er de hele dag geluidsoverlast was.
Doordat de ruimte van plastic is hoor je alle geluiden van buiten, waaronder de moskee.

Good value and comfortable place to fill your needs in Tetebatu
Pros:

Nice hotel.. good location.. The food was very good 👍 the Staff are really good and friendly . Nice pool as well

Moor plek, oude locatie en super personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is super dienstverlenend. Sanja is iemand die leven in de brouwerij brengt en meteen voor je klaar staat. Super! Uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is geweldig.

Cons:

Het is vergane glorie, de foto’s zijn veel mooier en uit het verleden. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud. Het eten bij het hotel is matig.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Amazing location with great views of the rice fields from the room and also pool. Super friendly staff.
Did a lovely guided walk through rice fields & to the waterfall.
