Cons:

BEWARE : The rooms showed in the picture don't have the view anymore - I booked the biggest room available for the view - but they are constructing another building in-front of existing one - so the view is completely blocked - and loud construction voices.

Really bad and slow service.

Overall pleasant stay and great food
Pros:

Excellent stay and service provided by the staffs . Fantastic coordination by front office
Staffs Kalandhar and Disha , They made sure we got what we all the services on time . Their in house restaurant menu is good too and very tasty. Also , the breakfast was very good . It is also close proximity to nandi hills

Worth for money….must experience
Pros:

It was a great experience to stay at silver cloud i would definitely visit this property again and will suggest people to experience the stacation. Ambiance is great with fresh air and ventilation , the staff was very friendly and available at any time

Beware: Filthy hotel with Fake Google reviews
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The toilet was filthy (in both the rooms we checked into), swarming with insects and bees.

The bedsheets were stained with lipstick and brown stains. The shower floor was soapy and the balcony floors were sticky. Everything was filthy and cobwebs on the ceilings. It is clear that housekeeping is done only when guests ask for it and not otherwise.

The hotel construction and interiors is of very low quality and it is obvious they don't care- they are just monetising on their location near Nandi hills.

The large suite room had a gap in the balcony through which even an adult could fall 2 floors. We were thankful we hadn't brought our toddler to this sickening hotel.

Avoid like the plague.
