Incredibly beautiful and relaxing. A dream.
Pros:

The villas were stunning. So unique and with spectacular views. Fantastic on site restaurant and food could be delivered to the pool. Great breakfast served on our terrace every morning. The loveliest staff who responded every time to WhatsApp messages. A handy taxi service down the hill to town.

Loved the bamboo villas!
Pros:

We really liked this place. It is indeed located quite high on a hill, but that gives you amazing views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a taxi service at a good price, which is very convenient.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. The beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind after sightseeing.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay — peaceful, comfortable, and with beautiful views.

And the massage was very good :)

Amazing stay, truly a great exeprience to have in Labuan Bajo!!
Pros:

It was a lovely stay we had. Room was clean and beautiful, with amazing hill-side view to see the sunset. I have nothing to complain about the view! The service was top, and we were very well taken care of. Their taxi was also an E-car which for us was a positive side for sustainability.

Cons:

The stairs... but they helped to carry the luggage and considering the great view we had, the walking up was worth it. Also there were still some insects enring the room, but it was very minimal and we could accept it because of the eco concept and design.

Wunderschöner Blick - sonst leider mehr Schein als Sein

Der Blick von der Unterkunft ist atemberaubend schön

Cons:

Kein Entspannen am Pool oder im Zimmer möglich, da täglich von 08:00 - 19:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten direkt an der Poolanlage stattgefunden haben über die wir im Vorhinein in keinster Weise informiert wurden. Das Hotel hat außerdem keinen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Hütten sind total hellhörig. Häufig herumsitzendes Personal von dem man sich beobachtet fühlt. Keine gute Frühstücksauswahl. Wasser im Badezimmer nur sehr kurz warm.
Für uns waren das zu viele Negativpunkte, sodass wir vorzeitig nach 2 Nächten abgereist sind. Man muss dem Hotel zugute heißen, dass sie (auf Nachfrage unsererseits) wenigstens einem kostenlosen Shuttle zu unserem neuen Hotel zugestimmt haben.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Übernachtung und auch Getränke schlecht. Hier findet man in der Umgebung wirklich deutlich bessere Alternativen!
Im Großen und Ganzen hätte die Anlage Potential aber das Konzept ist nicht ausgereift.
Wem es nur um den Blick geht ist hier vielleicht richtig, dem Rest würde ich die Anlage nicht empfehlen. Wir haben uns durch die Fotos leider blenden lassen.

Incredible views, awesome staff and such a beautiful villa to stay while in Labuan Bajo. The location was on the other side of the hill from the mosques so they didn't wake us up early like the other locations we stayed in town.

Cons:

Where as the location was away from the noise it was just a bit too far of a walk down a narrow road with a bit of traffic making it a bit difficult to get to town by foot. Also there were many catapilars that wondered into the bathroom and shower area and even into the room at times. So if that bothers you, consider that

View, the exceptional bamboo rooms and the amazing food served. The taxi service in and out of town also very convenient, appropriately priced and reliable. Thank you

Cons:

Smallish pool with only a few rooms near it. There was construction of a nearby hotel when we stayed beginning of May which is no fault of the property but did not enjoy our ‘relaxation’ time during the day.

Pros:

The location was brilliant and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming - they could help you with anything! The view from the balcony was spectacular - one of the best views I have seen in Indonesia. It was amazing to feel so close to nature. It was a very tranquil and relaxing stay.

Fantastisch verblijf met prachtig uitzicht.
Pros:

Wij hadden ons hotel in het centrum van Labuan Bajo geannuleerd omdat deze echt in het “vissersdorp” gedeelte lag. Wij vonden Labuan Bajo helemaal niet gezellig. Wij hadden een liveaboard gehad van 4 dagen die best intensief was dus wij wilde ultiem relaxen. Hier was een zwembad, prachtig uitzicht, mooie kamer, geen superstrak hotel maar lekker authentiek aanvoelend hotel met wat meer luxe dan het andere geboekte hotel. Precies wat wij behoefte aan hadden.
Eten was heerlijk, wij hadden een kipwrap, soep, bbq chicken en gebakken banaan. Dit was best een grote portie.
Ontbijt prima. Niet heel grote portie.
Beiden nog een gehad geregeld vanuit het hotel.
Taxi service vanuit hotel ook top geregeld. Voor 60000 rpd per rit wordt je gebracht waar je wilt zijn in een mooie nieuwe electrische auto en via whatsapp kan je weer gehaald worden.
Je krijgt zelf flesje mee voor tegen muggen. Wij hadden geen last van ongedierte.
Prachtige klamboe aanwezig voor de nacht. Airco en vin voor verkoeling.
Schampoo en zelfs tandenborstels aanwezig . Slippers voor gebruik, heerlijke douche aanwezig.
Loopt wel weg langs hotel en die hoor je wel daarom een 9 en geen 10. Voor ons niet storend maar als je echt totale rust wilt …..

Cons:

Wij hadden eten en drinken besteld en die wordt echt per portie / item naar boven gebracht. Wij voelde ons best bezwaarlijk want het waren wel wat trappen. Personeel was dus 5 x op en neer gelopen voor 1 bestelling. Zaten gelukkig in huisje 1 maar dan toch.
Misschien dit iets om over na te denken voor de eigenaar.

Beautiful lovely stay
Pros:

The location was amazing, the views stunning,the bed was comfy. Loved the bathroom the underneath living area with daybed was fabulous being able to sit there and have our morning coffee was amazing. Lived everything

Cons:

Nothing everything was great. Maybe only suggestion is to have pool towels by the pool
