Pros:

Posto bellissimo. Personale super preparato e sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Cibo del ristorante per il servizio in camera ottimo! Piscina piccola ma carina.Servizio taxi privato sempre disponibile e conveniente. Senza quello è difficile spostarsi da soli perché è su un'altura, ma sono tutte distanze brevissime.

Cons:

Forse andrebbe specificato che per alcune case è necessario fare 100 gradoni belli alti (come nel nostro caso). Per qualsiasi evenienza vengono su i ragazzi che fanno la fatica per te ma magari qualcuno potrebbe non farcela.

Amazing experience - feels like we’re on a fancy tree house

The lovely staff, location I not only near the airport but a short car ride (hotel is able to assist with) to town centre. Lovely the view from the bamboo villa.

Where do I even begin. This place is heavenly. We really wanted a unique experience and we got the most dreamy, unique place ever. It is beautiful and probably one of the most beautiful places my partner and I have ever stayed. The staff was so friendly and response. The food was phenomenal. We felt so spoiled during our stay here. Something to remember is that it is a natural area. Do not come with the expectations of not having mosquitos or things like that showing up... that IS NORMAL. Any review regarding that is silly. It's a bamboo house and the hotel gives repellant and nets which was so helpful. It was so amazing honestly. Still dreaming about the place and my bf and I were blown away by the service and views.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Wat een prachtig uitzicht vanuit je kamer. Vanaf aankomst op de luchthaven tot dag van vertrek verliep alles top. Personeel is heel lief en betrokken. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Wil je roomservice dan kan dat , in de kamer is er airco en een minibar . Kortom ik ben heel tevreden.

Incredibly beautiful and relaxing. A dream.
Pros:

The villas were stunning. So unique and with spectacular views. Fantastic on site restaurant and food could be delivered to the pool. Great breakfast served on our terrace every morning. The loveliest staff who responded every time to WhatsApp messages. A handy taxi service down the hill to town.

Loved the bamboo villas!
Pros:

We really liked this place. It is indeed located quite high on a hill, but that gives you amazing views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a taxi service at a good price, which is very convenient.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. The beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind after sightseeing.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay — peaceful, comfortable, and with beautiful views.

And the massage was very good :)

Amazing stay, truly a great exeprience to have in Labuan Bajo!!
Pros:

It was a lovely stay we had. Room was clean and beautiful, with amazing hill-side view to see the sunset. I have nothing to complain about the view! The service was top, and we were very well taken care of. Their taxi was also an E-car which for us was a positive side for sustainability.

Cons:

The stairs... but they helped to carry the luggage and considering the great view we had, the walking up was worth it. Also there were still some insects enring the room, but it was very minimal and we could accept it because of the eco concept and design.

Wunderschöner Blick - sonst leider mehr Schein als Sein

Der Blick von der Unterkunft ist atemberaubend schön

Cons:

Kein Entspannen am Pool oder im Zimmer möglich, da täglich von 08:00 - 19:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten direkt an der Poolanlage stattgefunden haben über die wir im Vorhinein in keinster Weise informiert wurden. Das Hotel hat außerdem keinen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Hütten sind total hellhörig. Häufig herumsitzendes Personal von dem man sich beobachtet fühlt. Keine gute Frühstücksauswahl. Wasser im Badezimmer nur sehr kurz warm.
Für uns waren das zu viele Negativpunkte, sodass wir vorzeitig nach 2 Nächten abgereist sind. Man muss dem Hotel zugute heißen, dass sie (auf Nachfrage unsererseits) wenigstens einem kostenlosen Shuttle zu unserem neuen Hotel zugestimmt haben.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Übernachtung und auch Getränke schlecht. Hier findet man in der Umgebung wirklich deutlich bessere Alternativen!
Im Großen und Ganzen hätte die Anlage Potential aber das Konzept ist nicht ausgereift.
Wem es nur um den Blick geht ist hier vielleicht richtig, dem Rest würde ich die Anlage nicht empfehlen. Wir haben uns durch die Fotos leider blenden lassen.

Incredible views, awesome staff and such a beautiful villa to stay while in Labuan Bajo. The location was on the other side of the hill from the mosques so they didn't wake us up early like the other locations we stayed in town.

Cons:

Where as the location was away from the noise it was just a bit too far of a walk down a narrow road with a bit of traffic making it a bit difficult to get to town by foot. Also there were many catapilars that wondered into the bathroom and shower area and even into the room at times. So if that bothers you, consider that
