Great for a night
Pros:

Location. Staff were excellent and a glass of wine on arrival. Great music in the pub.

Cons:

We came from Sydney and had lots of bags and no parking nearby was not ideal. The room was small with small ensuite. For the price per night my biggest issue was the uncomfortable bed . So i felt it didnt meet expectations

standards didnt meet expecations
Pros:

staff were really pleasant and polite

Cons:

room no2 located on busy street, window in urgent need of repair or replacement, noise was unacceptable, Receptionist said she'd raise it with the manager however no response 1 week later, just to make the point I never complain, this is my first time

Great location and staff- mediocre rooms
Pros:

I have stayed twice in two months. On both occasions, the rooms were very small and ‘tired’ and at best, and being generous, I would describe only as ‘adequate’. This, however, is balanced by the hotel’s fantastic location and most of all, by the really wonderful staff.

An absolutely perfect hospitality experience.
Pros:

The staff! They are all wonderful; Ines at the reception and the staff at the bistro and the breakfast hall. The food is also really good and the location is so convenient, right in the heart of the town.
