Pros:

A scenic location with lovely views from every angle, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was specious, well equipped, comfortable bed, super clean. Breakfast was great! Absolutely recommend!!

Séjour parfait au Setai ! Nous avons passé une excellente nuit et avons été entièrement satisfaits. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, accueillant et attentionné. La propreté de l’établissement est exemplaire et tout était parfaitement organisé. Beautiful and very architectural hotel in a peaceful pastoral setting surrounded by pine trees. A perfect escape from the city buzz with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The suites are spacious and the overall experience felt elegant and restorative.

Cons:

The pool and chaise lounge area could be maintained a bit better. Both saunas feel slightly worn and could benefit from renovation.

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, קודם כל המיקום עוצר נשימה, בדיוק מה שהייתי צריכה כדי להתנתק מהשגרה הלחוצה.
שדרגו אותי בהפתעה לחדר עם בריכה פרטית פינתי עם נוף להרים, חוץ מהשקט לא שמעתי כלום.

Cons:

טעון שיפור בספא, החדר היה ממש קרוב לכניסה והיה די רעש מהקבלה, המעסה הייתה נחמדה אבל הרגיש שהיא לא מעסה מהלב מה שנקרא. סה"כ ציפיתי ליותר ממלון ברמה כזו, מבחינת הספא והעיסוי.
