Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is available after 18:00, while check-out must be until 14:00. Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the spa. Bad, disgusting room, bad food, no cleaning

It was a very bad experience for us.
The hotel and the room were disgusting( the pictures were from the room).
The food with no taste
The restaurant dirty
U can ‘t receive any kind of information from the stuff
We were lucky that we stay just one night and we pass to another hotel that was amazing

Ресепшен обслуживание,приличное питание,вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Грязно возле гостиницы со стороны моря.Грязно на пляже.В номере чисто,но необходим ремонт.Отвратительно работает лифты.

מלון עמוס מאוד, ריח מאוד לא טוב , מעליות אורחים לא עבדו אז או שהתניידו בית גל או במעלית עובדים שהיתה בחדר זבל והריח היה נוראי, גם הריח בחדר אוכל היה נוראי, אוכל לא טרי, אוכל לא טוב , חדר כושר מעופש, מזגן בחד ר כושר לא עבד וכשעבד היה רועש מאוד , לא היו מגבות בחדר כושר ,

מלון מאוד מאוד מיושן. המתקנים בחדרים עתיקים. סיליקון במקלחת עם עובש.
אוכל בינוני מינוס וחדר האוכל מאוד קטן ביחס לכמות האנשים והתור לעמדות האוכל ארוך. חבל שאין כפילות!

Despite the one or 2 negatives it was a perfect family holiday destination
Pros:

The pool and beach and the added benefit of all inclusive makes a holiday really enjoyable. You know that you dont have to spend any more money. The beach was easy to access.

Cons:

The lifts took a long time and need some attention. The carpets in the corridors needed a good vacuum. There were no staff around the pool area. There was not a presence of staff.
