Comodissimo per un soggiorno a Ioannina!
Pros:

La gentilezza e la cordialità dello staff, la posizione vicino alla città, la tranquillità e il silenzio della struttura, la comodità del parcheggio privato, la pulizia e l'ampiezza della camera, la colazione a buffet varia e ricca.

Great accommodation, good location, good price and very comfortable/clean.
Pros:

Very clean and good comfortable rooms. Fairly modern and all you need in there.

Great location, just outside of Ioannina so not competing for parking and noise, but close enough that you can walk or quickly drive. There are parking lots in Ioannina, so that was very handy.

Staff very friendly and the breakfast was very pleasant. Def one of our best stays on holiday.

Cons:

Only 1 thing, the sink was smelly. Probably needed some drano, otherwise, the place was awesome.
