Pros:

A couple of eateries are near by

Cons:

It's filthy, bed and comforts are pretty old and not even white colour. Cigrette smoke smell all over the place. Bathroom fittings are pretty old and rusty. Cockroach are all over place and even in bed. Didn't have any other options so end up in staying. My worst experience in staying in chennai. Broken bath room accessories too
