Friendly front office staff behavior

Cons:

Cleanliness: A used soap and a used toothbrush were placed in the ventilation area. Also, there was no remote control provided for the AC.

Safety concern: One of the windows was not locking properly when closed. I was worried about the safety of our gold and money in the room while we were away. Therefore, I searched online and fixed the window lock myself to ensure our belongings were safe.

I just booked online seeing google search.
Had a doubt I called the hotel no the person attended my call and spoke to me in my language.
Requested for check-in time change they agreed.
First person receiving me and supporting me park my car and 2nd day when check out the person who supported me to move my car was the humble and polite security personsls.
Front office staff on time supported me check in and check out with a smile.
Hotel location is beautiful and a few minutes walk to the temple.

Cons:

Awesome experience.
Best hotel I have stayed in Guruyayur.
Every year I visit with my family.
A liked everything nothing to ignore.
