Important information:

This property conducts temperature checks every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. A temperature higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, will result in being denied entry to the property.

This property's management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules.

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

Keys Select hotel, Kochi has the license only for “Beer & Wine”.

Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner are available for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December respectively, at an additional charge. For more details, please contact the front desk.

Ok. Comfortable. Ordering from food delivery services is much affordable.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. There were some options to choose from. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Lunch buffet was extremely costly. Didn't like the available options much either.

Everything was average and the staff were supportive.
Breakfast was use less.

Cons:

Breakfast was managed very badly and carelessly was feeling well as customers were ignored and food served without that quality serving. Infact very bad. I eat spoiled (old dough) poories, had idlies, dosa that was smelling the tawa burnt smell and fruit juice told it's fresh but it was made of juice concentrate.
Not worth relying on breakfast in this property.

Cons:

Very dirty . Change 6 rooms all rooms mattress cover has blood stains or unine stains. Next morning there clean a room well and moved me to 7 floor. Sunday morning checked out. Jam in the elevator for about 10 minutes. I have to call my driver to inform the receptionist. The front desk did not apologize. They did give me my Sunday morning breakfast complimentary. Never ever stay in this hotel again.
