An amazing hotel—it’s no wonder it’s rated so high. The staff was incredible—Maria at the front desk was a star, looking after us from the moment we arrived until we left; George, who helped with the luggage and was so nice; Claudio, the front desk manager, who was very pleasant; and the entire team—so welcoming and wonderful! We will definitely be back!
We flew out to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and we were truly spoiled—starting with a room upgrade to a perfect room on the first floor, plus wine, cake, fruit, and even a dinner voucher. Aside from that, the hotel is perfect and spotlessly clean; the rooms are huge and excellent. The breakfast was superb.

צוות מקסים מהכניסה שקיבלו אותנו בחום לב. כולם חייכנים אדיבים שירותיים מאד. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. אני לא אוכלת בשר בחול ומצאתי המון אפשרויות. בריכה מהנה מאד
פינקו ושידרגו אותנו לחדר ענק. סוויטה עם אמבט גקוזי ומקלחון ומרחב וכמה מיטות. הבת שלי חגגה יום הולדת וחיכתה לנו עוגת יום הולדת ופינוקים בחדר והיא התרגשה מאד. נהננו מאד במלון. היה נהדר 💖 אנשים טובים
עזבנו את המלון לפני ארוחת הבוקר לטיסה מוקדמת וארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר בקופסאות כולל מים מיץ תפוזים 2 כריכים פירות מאפינס הכל ארוז בהשקעה יתרה וזה היה וואוו. מעל ומעבר.
לרוב היה נקי מאד. יום אחד כנראה שלא ניקו טוב את הרצפה והייתה דביקה (כאילו שפכו חומר ניקוי ולא ניקו טוב) אבל אח"כ ניקו היטב.
המלון ענק ומסדרונות רחבים וארוכים מאד מאד. מי שמתקשים ללכת - לבקש חדר קרוב למעלית ולקחת בחשבון שגם זה יחסי כי מעליות שונות מובילות למקומות שונים למשל לקבלה או לבריכה.
L’hôtel était top, la chambre était grande et calme comme demandé, la vue mer à couper le souffle et le petit déjeuner délicieux. La piscine grande et très agréable avec des transats dispo partout

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, and throughout our stay the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special.
The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent.
What made our stay truly memorable was the incredible hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
Thank you for making our holiday so special and unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes and we hope to return again very soon.
Περάσαμε μια πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο στη Ρόδο. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας υποδέχτηκαν με ζεστασιά και ευγένεια και σε όλη τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μας το προσωπικό έκανε τα πάντα για να νιώθουμε άνετα και ξεχωριστά.
Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και διατηρείται σε άριστη κατάσταση. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο και ιδανικό για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών και οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν άψογες.
Αυτό που έκανε τη διαμονή μας πραγματικά αξέχαστη ήταν η φιλοξενία όλης της ομάδας του ξενοδοχείου. Όλοι ήταν ευγενικοί, επαγγελματίες και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με χαμόγελο.
