The facility was top notch a few years ago but you can see that it’s not maintained as much as it should. It’s a bit of a pity because everything is amazing.
The staff is amazing too, special attention for the cleaning staff which is lovely

Perfect from start to finish :)
Pros:

We had an incredible stay and genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel. The facilities were excellent, with a fantastic pool area and bar/restaurant that made it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was absolutely amazing, and waking up to the beautiful sunrise and sea views each morning was unforgettable.

The location was perfect for us. While having a quad, buggy, or car is recommended, everything is within easy reach once you have transport, and the free on-site parking was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily to a high standard.

What really made our stay special was the hospitality. The owners were attentive, welcoming, and ensured we were well looked after throughout our visit. Considering the quality of the accommodation, facilities, views, and location close to Thira and Imerovigli, we felt it offered exceptional value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Es war sehr schön, entspannt und von herzlicher Gastfreundschaft - wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel abseits der Masse und trotzdem gut gelegen. Perfekt, wenn man neben Sightseeing auch etwas entspannen möchte. Anna und Antonios waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und absolut ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten.

Chambre grande propre et confortable.
Personnel au petit soin.
Chambre équipée d’un jacuzzi privé dans la salle de bain et d’un jacuzzi chauffé privé exterieur.
Très bon restaurant proposé sur place aux abords de la grande piscine avec une vue a coupé le souffle.
Des recommandations sur place sont recommandées par les hôtes.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

its quiet luxury vibe, private jacuzzis, and friendly staff, especially from couples and honeymoon travelers. Staff members were praised for arranging transfers and responding quickly. Travelers who wanted to avoid crowded Oia liked the calmer Imerovigli setting. Room was much bigger than i thought and spacious too.Also had healthy breakfast with pool view. We had pleasant stay without any inconvenience.
Definitely I will recommended to friends and family.

Ana and the staff were very helpful and the view was absolutely incredible. Make sure to enjoy the pool and hot tubs on site. The food is great for a mid-day snack.
It faces east, which gives the best of both worlds... The sunrise was incredible.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en esta villa. Las instalaciones son comodísimas y muy limpias. En nuestro caso también hemos agradecido la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en una zona más tranquila, a medio camino entre Oia y Fira. Puntuación especial merecen los desayunos contundentes y variados, así como la maravillosa atención que nos han prestado tanto Ana en el hotel, como Antoni en el restaurante. Cuando volvamos a Santorini, será aquí.

Àna et Antoni sont des personnes extraordinaires.
De l’arrivée au départ tout s’est extrêmement bien passé.
L’emplacement est au calme, petit déjeuné consistant et tout est bien pensé pour que votre séjour soit agréable au possible.
Vous pouvez louer scooter, quad (gros conseil pour visiter santorin !) voiture, directement avec eux et ils viennent sur place.
Ils sont de supers conseils et toujours disponibles !
On ne regrette absolument pas notre choix, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
Attention tout de même, moyen de transport obligatoire !

I had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. One small suggestion that might enhance the experience even further: it would be wonderful if breakfast could begin at 7:00 AM. This would allow guests with early plans or activities to start their day more smoothly.
