I loved the location with the privat beachfront, where you always find an empty lounger. The food was plenty and a good selection.
I would like to highlight the exceptional friendly staff! Everybody was very welcoming, always smiling and remembering you.

Tot ce tine de servicii( masa, curățenie, bar). Mancarea destul de variata, cu gust, curățenie in camere zilnic, personal f politics si amabil, faptul ca nu am așteptat nici măcar intr-o zi la rand pentru masa, la bar, totul f bine organizat

The location of the hotel is ideal, being only around 35 minutes from Heraklion Airport, which was perfect after a long day of travelling. What stood out the most to me during our stay was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived and settled in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, polite, and genuinely happy to help. They always made time for guests, no matter how many questions we had, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was their priority. It was lovely to see them interacting with all guests, sharing laughs, having conversations, and regularly checking in to ensure everyone was enjoying their stay.
As a vegetarian/vegan family, we were particularly touched by the care and attention we received. The Food & Beverage Manager, Giorgos Staurakakis, and the chef personally took the time to show us what food options were suitable for us. Whenever there was any uncertainty, they would happily double-check ingredients for our peace of mind. One of the highlights of our trip was my mum's birthday. Upon request, the catering team went above and beyond by making a vegan birthday cake for her. We were expecting something small, so we were amazed when they presented a beautifully made full-sized square cake. They also decorated our table and even a pillar nearby, making the occasion feel truly special and memorable.
The team were also incredibly thoughtful when a few of our requests were accidentally overlooked. It was nobody's fault, but they addressed everything promptly and did their utmost to ensure we had a perfect stay. As a kind gesture, they even gave our family some gifts, which was greatly appreciated.
Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of getting to know many wonderful members of the team, including Maria Vidali, Konstantina Saridou, Erato Tasopoulou, Christina Grammatikaki, Armando, Vasilis, Anna, Nancy, Ruby, George, Mark, Vaggelis, Vasilis (Bar), and Nikos (Bar). Every one of them was friendly, funny, professional and attentive.

Veľmi sa nám páčilo okolie, more, pláž. Výhľady cez deň z terasy jedálne aj večerné západy slnka boli úžasné. More je čisté a priezračné. Jedlo bolo výborné a vždy čerstvé. Personál v celom rezorte bol veľmi ochotný, ale nie vtieravý, čo značne spríjemnilo náš pobyt. Boli vo všetkom pozorní a pomohli keď to bolo potrebné. Večerný program bol vždy veľmi zaujímavý. Deti milovali minidisco. Po večeri hrali futbal a tenis, čo sa im veľmi páčilo. Cez deň sme si zahrali na pláži voleyball. Drinky v cene all inclusive tiež potešili.

Tolles Hotel mit überragendem Essen!
Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub. Service, Zimmer und Sauberkeit – alles hat perfekt gepasst. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Essen, das war wirklich hervorragend! Auch die Lage ist top, man ist schnell überall. Als kleiner Tipp für die Zukunft: Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn öfter mal ein bisschen Musik gelaufen wäre, um die Atmosphäre noch gemütlicher zu machen. Ansonsten alles top!
