Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet, a pincérek mindig mosolygósak, kedvesek, segítőkészek. A tulajdonos is nagyon kedves volt. A külső medence lehetne kicsit nagyobb mert amikor ott labdázik a többi vendég akkor nem kellemes annak aki pihenni szeretne, de azon kívül minden rendben volt.

Cons:

Az egyik vacsoránál a húsételek mindegyike rágós volt, jobban megsülhetett volna, de más minden finom volt.

Pros:

Nagyon finom és bőséges reggeli és vacsora :) Kedves személyzet :) A szobánk nagyon szép, hangulatos, romantikus volt. Minden apró "probléma" még apróbb lett a kedves, figyelmes kiszolgálástól, bármit kérdezhettünk, mindenre kielégítő választ kaptunk.

Cons:

Az egyik medence 28 fokos, abban nem nagyon volt senki, viszont a 34 fokos élmény elemekkel ellátott medence néha nagyon zsúfolt volt. De ennek az okára is választ kaptam (mint minden kérdésemre, nagyon nyitott volt mindenki a kérdésekre), a 28 fokos víz a merülőmedence is egyben a szaunázás utánra :)
A szobából hiányoltam a szárítót, pedig nekünk erkélyünk is volt, de nem tudtam kitenni a fürdőruhákat csepegni/száradni. A recepción le lehetett adni és szárítógépben megszárítsák :)

Dovolenka ktorú sme potrebovali
Pros:

Chutné raňajky aj večere. Profesionálny personál. Ústretovosť. Veľké parkovisko pri hoteli. Pravidelne čistený vonkajší bazén. Super hotel pre rodiny s deťmi aj pre páry bez detí.

Cons:

Tešili sme sa na jaskynné kúpele, ktoré sú hneď vedľa, ale boli akurát v rekonštrukcii (prelom júla a augusta 2026). Taktiež sme chceli ísť aj na hrad v Miškolci a aj ten bol zatvorený pre rekonštrukciu. Cesty ináč samý výtlk. Katastrofa tam jazdiť.
