Will not recommend this hotel!
Pros:

I don't like anything in this hotel
A big Dissappointment!

Cons:

When arrive at the hotel,there was no bell boy or concierge staffs! We have to request for staff to assist our 8 luggages!
The room is not soundproof and is noisy with people talking on the next room!
Lighting in the room was very dim! In the closet there is no light!
Bfast got not much choice and the coffee cups has stains!
How this hotel can be 4 stars!

Increase staff to guest ratio (especially bell boy)

Room was good. It looked fresh, modern, touristy, water temperature, air conditioning, food options.

Cons:

Water quality / clearness. Restaurant toaster - too small to cater for number of guests. Smoking area cleanliness. Karaoke noise. No bellboy - receptionist had to do it. No visibility of who's in charge of hotel or restaurant. No one to guide us to a breakfast table. Bottle of HP Sauce had an expiry date of 2021 - apparently this was for display but I nearly used it on my eggs! This could have been dangerous. Food and beverage staff need to be more attentive in busy periods.

Sudah cukup baik, hanya perlu di-review lagi untuk kesediaan fasilitas hair dryer & setrikaan

Ukuran kamarnya yang deluxe luas sekali, bersih n nyaman

Cons:

Untuk hotel bintang 4 seharusnya di kamar sudah ada hair dryer & setrika, namun untuk fasilitas tsb dapat di-request sesuai kesediaan
Untuk handuk renang seharusnya dapat disediakan di sekitar kolam renang sehingga tidak perlu minta ke resepsionis di loby
Untuk makanannya dari segi variasi sudah oke, namun untuk rasanya (makanan utama) kurang bumbu

The nightclub below the room, the stain on the bedsheet, the awful wifi connection, the extremely dirty shower head, the poorly maintained bathroom, things falling apart in bathroom, was given 2 tiny shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights stay, dirty room service flyer on the side table, poor quality breakfast, just not worth the value
