Disappointing
Pros:

Location.
Staff was helpful

Cons:

Dirty surroundings for entrance.
There was a pump that ran every few mins disturbing sleep.
Towels were old, comforter stained.
Ac wouldn’t go beyond 24 C and TV didn’t work.

The staff was good.

Cons:

No flush working. No shower. No hot water for shower. Cockroaches in the room. Colour worn out. Ac and fan worst condition. No ventilation. TV not working. No lock to the room. How can you promote such third grade properties and show some great pictures of the hotel.
