Pros:

Except one early morning staff member, who was a bit rude, every staff member was really polite and helpful. Hotel room is extraordinary. It had amenities of hotel and comfort of home.

Pros:

La stanza é comoda ma la cosa più bella é la parte comune fuori dalle stanze, molto accogliente con un bel divano, TV tavolo e anche una cucina, simpatica la terrazza per la colazione anche se la colazione é un po' scarsa. Tutto sommato consigliatissimo

Staffs are friendly, The room size is good (Executive Premium Room) In-room dining was quick, Bathroom had dental kit, shower gel, towels etc.

Cons:

Bathroom was smelly, towels are dirty, heater was not working, AC water was dripping, Room floor and bathroom floors are damaged, Walls are damaged and breaking, Spider webs on the bathroom.
