They switch off the A.C. for the entire day and when asked they switch on. Also the room was not clean , especially the washroom was very dirty. No toiletry given... Overall pathetic experience.

Highest degree of difficulties faced
Pros:

I was not allowed to check-in. Instead I was told to speak to customer care. I spoke to customer care. They said i need to pay excess amount than it was specified in the invoice.

Cons:

The entire process took 2 hours after me reaching hotel at 12 pm on 23 mar 2026. Till such time my wife and kid had to stand in hot sun. I am highly dismantled. I would claim an amount of 1 crore INR for the environment of difficulties i faced during the harassment created by you and your team.
