The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the city center. However, it was a little It could have been bigger. It was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos. Other than that, the staff were good. It's a peaceful hotel I can recommend.
Heel vriendelijk personeel, super ontbijt op bestelling, goede wasservice en maar 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. In de middag een afternoon tea inclusief. Goede mogelijkheid om te golfsurfen.
Zwembad is wat klein en beperkt aantal ligstoelen. Het is ook erg druk in Canggu.
Odalar geniş. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. İyi hizmet. Temizlik süper. Hasta olduğumuz süre boyunca patates haşlaması ve yağsız pirinç istedik. Çok teşekkürler tüm isteklerimizi yerine getirdiler. Evimiz gibiydi.
Kahvaltı açık büfe değil. 3 yiyecek ve 1 içecek seçiyorsunuz. Seçim sayısı artmalı ve menü resimli hale gelmeli çünkü siparişinizin nasıl geleceğini bilmiyorsunuz.
Bir de odalarda ufak bir tadilat ve bakım zamanı gelmiş. Daha çok 3 yıldıza yakın bence ama sorun yok.
Hotel is located central to Canggu's cafes and shopping scenes yet also provides a quiet retreat and cozy ambience. Facilities are well-kept and clean; rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable; staff are gracious, amiable and truly shows Balinese hospitality at its finest; food and room service is great; and breakfast concept is hearty and a delight --- loved the menu selections and portions are just right. Everything about the property made our Bali holiday a memorable Pramana experience! Looking forward to the next visit.
the staff and the location
staff should offer a better coffee for breakfast even though we have to pay extras, coffee is important for a coffee drinker in the morning. a piece of small tissue paper is not sufficient.
L’emplacement est assez central pour faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Le personnel est très professionnel. Cadre autour de la piscine très reposant. Nourriture locale au restaurant de l’hôtel.
Ma réservation sur booking stipulait : 2 adultes et un enfant de 12 ans. Mais il n’y avait qu’un seul lit dans la chambre. Il a fallu payer une part de plus pour faire installer un lit pour notre fils. Alors je ne sais pas si Booking est en tort ou si c’est l’établissement qui nous a raconté des histoires mais le fait est que d’un prix intéressant sur Booking on est passé à un prix tout à fait classique pour ce genre de prestations sur Canggu.

Good Location, beautiful rooms, nice pool, inclusive of delicious breakfast, staff very friendly and welcoming esp Surya at reception who organised the excursions and trips to the airport.
