The location is premium, the good thing about this hotel is because it is close to the Mandalika Beach
the facilities are all aging, they are very need to refurbish. The staff service are average neither below nor above standard

De kamer zit vol schimmel: van deuren, gordijnen, muren tot plafond.
Het beddengoed was vies en bevlekt en er komen continue kakkerlakken en mieren langs je wandelen.
Wij hebben geen hoge standaard, maar dit is de eerste keer in de 6 jaar dat we azië bezoeken dat we vertrokken zijn.
Het personeel keek totaal niet op dat we weer uitcheckte. We hebben zonder gezeur uitgecheckt en het geld voor lief genomen. Ze leken dat wel prima te vinden en zijn zich volledig bewust van de situatie in de kamers.
Lo mejor: Personal amable, ubicación perfecta, espacios comunes muy agradables.
Lo peor: Las dos habitaciones que reservamos estaban muy abandonadas y sucias. Lavabo y cisterna rotos, interruptores descolgados.
Resumen: Con un poco de cariño que le den lo convierten en uno de los mejores alojamientos de Kuta.

Le personnel vraiment gentil, rien à dire là-dessus. Bien situé sur une rue tranquille en face de la plage.
Notre première chambre, la porte ne fermait pas, la serrure était défoncé. La piscine n’était pas super propre, les lieux n’avaient pas l’air entretenue. Il y avait un trou dans le plafond, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et du calcaire partout. La connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas, l’air climatisé non plus. Bref, nous sommes partie après 2 jours. Je ne recommande pas.
La chambre tres très sale la salle de bain sent le pipi . Les prises casser . Tres sale la chambre je déconseille cette établissement . Nous avions meme pas pu dormir car très sale horrible . Nous avions quitté l établissement. Je déconseille fortement
Je n'aime pas laisser des avis négatifs mais je pense que c'est pour que l'hôte puisse s'améliorer. Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité... La chambre sentait très mauvais, limite malsain, il y avait des moustiques de partout et surtout, dans la salle de bains, des cafards énormes qui tombaient quand j'ai ouvert la porte. Le toit de la salle de bain était cassé et donnait je ne sais trop où c'est peut être pour ça. Bref, j'ai finalement changé d'hôtel avant de dormir à cet endroit. En l'état, c'est vraiment pas recommandable comme endroit et c'est dommage car la situation géographique est plutôt cool. Même si le budget pour une nuit n'est pas hallucinant, un peu de décence est bienvenue.
It is in a great location and the staff were friendly
The actual room looks like a horror scene. It seems like the type of cheap hotel where you would rent a cheap hooker. The paint is peeling of the walls, and the tiles in the bathroom roof are exposed to the attic. The AC was mediocre and it was constantly hot. The pool is extremely green, like the incredible Hulk took a bath in it. I'm not trying to be rude, just honest so that it may help in the future.
The accomodation is in a great location and you can rent scooters for a good price directly from them! We also had air con :)
The room needs some TLC and the bathroom too! We shared our shower with slugs and leaches.
