The cleanliness and the asthetic
Breakfast needed improvement.
Decoration was good and location was good.
Service from reception was not great at all. Any request to the reception wasn’t full filled. The attitude was very rude and cold. A male receptionist was very rude. They didn’t even give basic things like refilling soaps. Also our two rooms were away from each other when requested to move closer the behaviour was rude. And the size of the hotel wasn’t at all close to what it appears in the picture.
The staff was very rude and unprofessional
We told them to clean the rooms in the morning and when we returned at night about room was the same.
Would not recommend to stay at this property at all
Everything right from the staff to and rooftop staff everyone was so exceptionally rude.
No hospitality whatsoever.
Well maintained good ambiance
Price is quite high and service is quite slow
