Great peaceful stay in a charming estate
Pros:

Superbly located in Nariman Point area, elegant materials and interior design. Attention to details. Very supportive and friendly staff

Cons:

I like everything. My room was not big but I was well aware upon booking.

Pros:

Room was very cosy and comfortable, with good amenities and variety of things- laundry bags, spa, ear plugs, etc. staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Some rooms might be a bit noisy due to roadside traffic. Ceilings are low but that is explained before booking.

warm and beautiful boutique stay
Pros:

Very artistic, lots of retro and vintage elements in decor and furniture. Tastefully done.
The luxury high ceiling room was spacious and cute.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Location is heart for tourists.

Cons:

Room 105 ‘s toilet seat has some permanent stains which was a put off.

Good location, probably you're paying for that
Pros:

I liked that it had like an old rustic charm to it, like we went back few decades, and I've always liked that
Also Colaba Causeway was right there

Cons:

I think the bathroom needs upgrading, the room is fine but the bathroom feels abandoned a little

A real find - I will hapily recommend to anyone
Pros:

This was a wonderful hotel
The staff were all exceptionally smiley and helpful - and on the ball
The room was beautiful, on the 4th floor, surrounding an art gallery and painting studio - who knew?
Location - excellent
Quirky, authentic, completely different

Cons:

small niggles:
The hot water could have been hotter - but who cares
The entrance is pretty unprepossessing - but again, of no importance
The hotel is on the 1st and 4th floor - and there are stairs or a slow lift.

Good hotel
Pros:

I liked the concept of this boutique hotel. Location was fantastic right next to the Taj and Colaba causeway but yet away from the throngs of tourists next to the Gateway of India. Hotel was clean.

My interaction with the staff Sadhana, Devanshi and Shantanu was very good. Shantanu was so patient and helped me with printing a document I needed at midnight.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed that I could not use the lobby on the 4th floor when I had a few hours to spend after checking out and before leaving for the airport. Apparently there was some shooting being conducted.

I would have liked a bigger shower area.

快適。
Pros:

部屋をアップグレードしてくれて快適だった。
洗濯もしてもらえ、フカフカで梱包されて返ってきた。
ズボン、tシャツ、下着ごとに料金が決まっており、2日分もろもろ洗濯して500ルピーほどだったので納得。
朝ごはんも美味しかった。

Cons:

シャワーの湯沸かし器の使い方が分かりづらかった。ホテル出た瞬間に詐欺師がコンニチワ〜と話しかけてきてツアーを勧められるので無視した。
