Far from perfect but still okay.
Pros:

Staff very polite. Hotel location is next to mart. Food also delicious.

Cons:

The guy who make omelette is not friendly. Not even smile. Breakfast also limited. Air cond not function well

Good value for the money
Pros:

Great location, close to the port which makes transferring to the Mentawais very easy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer laundry, breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Pillow sheets were not clean and the water on the sink smelled bad, didn’t feel comfortable showering or brushing teeth with the water.

Pros:

The service it's good and breakfast has many varieties.

Cons:

The problems with the sink that the water didn't passing as normal, the water stay on the sink, shower door didn't closed properly that's make water come outs when take the shower and wet all the place and the floor
