Restaurant is right on the beach with bungalows just a few steps away. This is the quieter side of the island but many restaurants within a 5 min walk.
My stay was very peaceful and walking around the entire island takes about 90 min. The bungalows are about a 10 min walk from the ferry docks.
I stayed in a lower priced bungalow and decided the upgraded one was not much different. The included breakfast was great.
The mosque is a fair distance away but you can still hear the call to prayers in the morning. I actually liked it because it woke me up and I would sit in the restaurant by the sea and watch the sun rise. Absolutely amazing.
You may need mosquito spray in the room.
Quiet bungalow
The room is run down, groomy , unsafe steps walking to bathroom, no hot water shower. We booked for 2 nights but didnt like it at all, moved out after the first night. There was many places nearby, better rooms even cheaper.
Great location, amazing reef for snorkelling just outside hotel. Gardens kept tidy so surroundings looked good, pool was great. Free breakfast limited options but food nice. Rooms okay, good storage space and nice outdoor area with hammock.
Bathroom had double glass doors and curtain to pull across for privacy. However the curtain was on the outside of the bathroom, so couldn't pull the curtain across for privacy once in the bathroom, someone had to pull the curtain across from the outside, curtain also wasn't full width so even when pulled bathroom wasn't completely private, weird set up. Our shower head holder was also broken so had to hold the shower head every time, not really a big deal. Rooms weren't the cleanest. This might've just been our room location but woken up every few hours by a rooster or the call to prayer. Earplugs are a MUST for a decent sleep here.

Mooie locatie aan het strand. Je kunt daar ook ontbijten. Lekker zwembad. Accommodatie ligt rustig.

We stayed at Gita Gili for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were amazing and always welcomed us back with a sweet “welcome home.”
The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, and the laundry service was very convenient and affordable. If you doing island hopping the guys are also able to get you a private boat that will take you from a hotel to your next destination.
The location is excellent — our favourite part of the island — with a snorkel shop right across the road.
The room was cosy and well equipped with hot shower, shelves for your clothes and mosquito net. The pool was one of the best on the island: clean, private, and perfect for swimming. We also loved the hotel restaurant, especially the local dishes, grilled fish, and cocktails.
A special mention to the adorable little cat at the hotel who made our stay even more memorable! We miss you already.

We had a very good time in Gita Gili. Everything was perfect.
Poloha, kde je ubytovani umístěno. Přátelský personál.
V některých chatkách hodně opotřebování zařízení. Museli jsme se po jednom dnu odstěhovat do jiné chatky, proto to vím. Chápu, ale nebylo to příjemné. Vysvětlení, že přijedou hostí, kteří už mají rezervaci zrovna na tyto dva domečky.
Esmorzar molt bo i molt complert. Molt tranquil. Personal excel·lent i molt amable.
