Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the pool was amazing and the hotel is located in a perfect spot for both snorkeling and shopping. There are plenty of good restaurants around as well. The first day we heard strong noises from the roof and someone came to check right away. They couldn't find anything but in the morning we saw a beautiful colourful huge gecko in the bathroom (which was attached to the bungalow but outside). We love geckos as they eat mosquitoes. There were no rats like other reviews say, it's just geckos.

Cons:

Lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom outside, but when we told reception they gave us a spray that helped

Pros:

Gentillesse et hospitalité du personnel
La piscine est magnifique, l'établissement dispose d'un bar et d'un resto aux abords de la mer. C'est un cadre idyllique.

Cons:

Bien que les standards en termes de nettoyage ne soient pas les mêmes entre l'Europe et l'Asie je trouve que là ils auraient à s'améliorer. La salle de bain n'était pas propre. Des excréments d'animaux (rongeurs probablement) ont été retrouvés à côté du lavabo + sol pas nettoyé traces de chaussures d'anciens clients. Je ne fais jamais ça mais j'en ai profité pour regarder le matelas vu que le ménage était médiocre et ce dernier comprenait de nombreuses tâches de sang anciennes. Je pense qu'ils auraient tout à gagner à s'améliorer sur ce point car le logement a de très gros points forts (personnel sympathique, emplacement sur l'île, aménagements etc).

Vicino al mare, lo staff cortese.

Cons:

La camera era sporca. I mobili brutti. Era evidentemente da ristrutturare. La nostra amica si è rifiutata di entrare perché ha trovato scarafaggi nel bagno e sotto il letto. Io ero esausta per aver patito il traghetto e non c'è la facevo a spostarmi subito. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo cercato altra location. Sul pavimento evidenti tracce di vomito, lavato ma non pulito. Piastrelle sbrecciate, tende bucate da sigarette. Teli sul letto macchiati. Localei fatiscente, guidate le foto per capire lo schifo. Zoomare le piastrelle per vedere gocce si materia sconosciuta.

Hygiène déplorable
Cons:

A fuir! L’emplacement est certe jolie mais l’île est petite vous pouvez vous déplacer facilement. Le bungalow que j’ai reçu était sal et dans un état déplorable ! c’est de loin le pire hôtel que j’ai fait en indonésie et pourtant pas le moins cher! j’ai demandé un remboursement qui a heureusement été accepté et je suis repartie aussitôt
De plus ils louent les vélo 80k par jour et 250k pour les scooter alors que deux pas à côté c’est 100k par jour pour les scooters…

Great pool and location but much better rooms available for the same price on the island.
Pros:

The location and the pool are great. The aircon worked well, the rooms are set between lovely trees, staff are nice. There are sun beds you can use by the ocean - but no beach

Cons:

My room (11) - the floor was disgusting in the room, very stained and not very clean. The room was dark and dingy and I just didn’t really want to touch anything as everything looked a bit dirty and very stained. Needs a refresh desperately. The water that came out of my shower smelt so bad that I didn’t use it, I used the shower by the pool. Bathroom desperately needs a good deep clean and a new toilet seat. The sink was also stained and I didn’t want to touch it. Lots of mosquitos in the bathroom but not sure that can be helped.

Wonderful place for a quieter rest.
Pros:

Restaurant is right on the beach with bungalows just a few steps away. This is the quieter side of the island but many restaurants within a 5 min walk.
My stay was very peaceful and walking around the entire island takes about 90 min. The bungalows are about a 10 min walk from the ferry docks.
I stayed in a lower priced bungalow and decided the upgraded one was not much different. The included breakfast was great.
The mosque is a fair distance away but you can still hear the call to prayers in the morning. I actually liked it because it woke me up and I would sit in the restaurant by the sea and watch the sun rise. Absolutely amazing.

Cons:

You may need mosquito spray in the room.

Disappointed Looking good on photos but not really . The bungalow need some maintenance for sure.

Quiet bungalow

Cons:

The room is run down, groomy , unsafe steps walking to bathroom, no hot water shower. We booked for 2 nights but didnt like it at all, moved out after the first night. There was many places nearby, better rooms even cheaper.

Pros:

Great location, amazing reef for snorkelling just outside hotel. Gardens kept tidy so surroundings looked good, pool was great. Free breakfast limited options but food nice. Rooms okay, good storage space and nice outdoor area with hammock.

Cons:

Bathroom had double glass doors and curtain to pull across for privacy. However the curtain was on the outside of the bathroom, so couldn't pull the curtain across for privacy once in the bathroom, someone had to pull the curtain across from the outside, curtain also wasn't full width so even when pulled bathroom wasn't completely private, weird set up. Our shower head holder was also broken so had to hold the shower head every time, not really a big deal. Rooms weren't the cleanest. This might've just been our room location but woken up every few hours by a rooster or the call to prayer. Earplugs are a MUST for a decent sleep here.
