The staff were really lovely. I stayed for 3 weeks and after the second night asked for a different room which they obliged. This room was newer and larger. The location is great, you get fabulous snorkeling right out the front. It’s close to lots of restaurants and warungs.
The breakfast was below average, but the eggs were fine.
L'emplacement était parfait pour parcourir l'île et avoir tout à disposition à proximité (location scooter électrique, matériel snorkeling, restaurant....). La piscine est grande et très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Le lit est confortable.
La pression de la douche n'était pas assez forte mais comme dans beaucoup de logements de cette région.
Perfekte Lage direkt an schönen Spots zum Schnorcheln. Die kleinen Bungalows und das freundliche Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend mit frischen Früchten. Ein Supermarkt und Laundry Service direkt danebenliegend.
Und der Pool ist super
Die Zimmer könnten regelmäßiger gereinigt werden. Auf Nachfrage erhält man frische Handtücher.

L'emplacement est incroyable, juste devant la turtle beach parfaite pour le snorkelling. La piscine est magnifique et les pancakes sont très bons.

I really love Gita Gili because it was spacious, the staff were super friendly, you can snorkel to the doorstep and from the doorstep. And the location is a great - almost midpoint between North and South. I just had the best time and Gili Air is one spectacular place.

Le cadre avec la piscine, le logement sympathique avec un confort local.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très léger. Un toast, 2 morceaux de fruits miniatures et une boisson.
Position is excellent. Plenty of restaurants and snorkel and bike hire nearby. Staff here are really lovely and helpful - Ali, Lena, Miriam.
Not enough hooks, towel rails or shelf in the shower.
Breakfast is pretty basic.
The property is really nice and clean, the room is nice as well. The hosts are very polite and sweet. Specially the man who works there went an extra mile to make mw feel comfortable
No wifi in room 10, miscommunication about a bike rental but that wasnt the propertys fault.
The guy with blonde hair was asking me a tip for dropping my bag ? I felt it was included in part of the service. I would like to tip the host there but this blonde guy wasnt very friendly and had a serious face

L'emplacement est parfait, directement au Turtle Point, de quoi en prendre plein la vue tous les jours en snorkelling ! (Coraux, poissons, tortues) La vue du petit-déjeuner est paradisiaque !
Pour le rapport qualité-prix, je me serais attendue à une salle de bain avec de l'eau chaude et des produits (gel douche, shampoing, mouchoirs..) ce qu'il n'y avait pas et l'évier fuyait en permanence donc ce n'était pas agréable au quotidien. Aussi, je n'ai malheureusement jamais pu bien dormir à cause du bruit extérieur (bars et restaurants environnants). Le petit-déjeuner était un peu trop léger également.
The location was great, not too long to walk from the harbour and close to restaurants, dive shops and very close to turtle point for excellent snorkelling.
A lovely pool and the room was nice with a large bed.
The door to the bathroom had a glass panel which reduced the privacy. There is a curtain in front of it but it affects the opening and closing of the door. Frosted glass or a solid door would be an improvement.
L’emplacement est très bien juste à côté de la petite plage aux tortues (et on en a vu sans excursion juste en snork). Piscine très agréable. Lit confortable. Personnel sympa.
Un peu de manque de propreté dans la chambre : toiles d’araignées, cuvettes WC très abîmée et noire. Cela nécessiterait un peu de rafraîchissement. Restaurant nous y avons mangé qu’une fois : ne prenez pas les raviolis il y en aura que 5 dans votre assiette pour 55000.
