プール最高！港から近い目の前ビーチの最高のホテル！
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーでした！予約日程を1日間違えていたのですが、急遽変更してもらい泊まることができました。迷惑をかけたにも関わらず、スタッフの皆さんは名前を覚えてくれてとても親切でした。1番最高だったのはこのホテルのプールです！とても綺麗で気持ちいいプールです。みなさん絶対プールに入ることをお勧めします！目の前がビーチなので、朝ごはんやランチなども海を見ながら食べることができます。絶景でした。朝食もボリューミーで満腹になる量でした！Thank you so much everyone! I was so happy to stay your hotel. And l miss Gili and all of you.

タオルを1日1回新しく用意してもらえたら最高でした。ただお願いしたらタオルはすぐにもらえます。ただ値段相応のホテルかなと思います。

Un soggiorno, un'esperienza!
Pros:

Soggiornare a Gita Gili e' un'esperienza! Il personale e' favoloso, i ragazzi sono sempre tutti sorridenti e gentili...per noi italiani, ormai non piu' abituati a un certo tipo di gentilezza, e' stato veramente un valore aggiunto. Qualsiasi richiesta e' stata soddisfatta. Durante il soggiorno i nostri due figli si sono ammalati. Non posso descrivere quanto sono stati gentili e premurosi tutti i membri del personale nel fornirci supporto e quanto si sono preoccupati per la loro salute!
La posizione poi e' favolosa...a due passi dal mare, dove abbiamo visto tartarughe marine ad ogni bagno!
La struttura e' collegata alla strada principale pero' di sera era molto silenzioso.
Un caro saluto ad Abdul e tutti i ragazzi, siete mitici!

Cons:

I bungalow sono abbastanza spartani, pero' molto puliti. Il bagno con la doccia in mezzo un po' scomodo perche' si allagava tutto.
Anche la colazione potrebbe avere un po' di scelta in piu'.

A little oasis on Gili Air.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Clean and comfortable acvomodation. Wildlife included lizards, ghekkos and doves and it felt peaceful considering it was off the main drag. Food was good and decent breakfadts on the sea front. Lovely clean pool. For the price, we could not have asked for more. A real oasis.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist super, die Bungalows sind schön und sauber und auch der Service hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und eigentlich immer gut gelaunt und mit einem Lächeln unterwegs.

Cons:

Leider gab es aber zwei Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben.

Wir hatten zwei identische Bungalows gebucht und auch entsprechend bezahlt. Leider haben wir zwei unterschiedliche Bungalows bekommen. Einer davon war eine Kategorie niedriger, obwohl wir für die höhere Kategorie bezahlt hatten. Das war für uns natürlich enttäuschend, da wir bewusst zwei gleiche Bungalows gebucht hatten.

Noch unangenehmer war für mich eine Situation bei der Anmietung von Elektroscootern. Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels nannte uns zunächst einen Preis, der ungefähr 25 % höher war. Ich habe daraufhin einfach noch einmal einen anderen Mitarbeiter gefragt – und dieser nannte uns einen Preis, der tatsächlich etwa 25 % günstiger war.

Ehrlich gesagt hat mich das sehr geärgert, weil dadurch bei mir der Eindruck entstanden ist, dass uns bewusst ein höherer Preis genannt wurde. Gerade in einem Hotel, in dem ansonsten wirklich vieles sehr gut war, finde ich so etwas sehr schade. Dieser Vorfall hat leider meine Stimmung und meinen Gesamteindruck vom Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt.

Has potential, but we couldn't wait to leave.

It was in a great location on the sea front, the staff were lovely, the pool looked nice.

Cons:

The room stank, its obviously some cleaner they use in the bathrooms, but it was so overwhelming, its a smell so hard to describe, chemical type of smell. The bed was not comfortable at all I may aswell as slept on the floor. There are chickens and cockerels that room about and cats, I don't care about that, but when there is a cockerel cockadoodledo'ing all night! And cats and chickens running over the roof which was very loud, trying to sleep was basically non existent. The shower also just dribbled.

Ótima localização, bons restaurantes nas proximidades, poucos passos do quarto você já está na praia.

Cons:

O chuveiro não sai água direito, precisa ser trocado urgentemente.
A cama é um pouco desconfortável para mim, parecia ser de mola.
