Le service est juste médiocre et pas professionnel !!!!
Il n’y a personne à l’accueil, ils sortent d’une chambre complètement fatigués, cigarettes qui traînent un peu partout.
Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin alors que le Check in est à 14h, on leur a demandé de prendre la chambre plus tôt car l’hôtel était quasiment vide, et on voyait les chambres prêtes car ouvertes. On leur a dit qu’on payerai un supplément sans problème, mais ils ont refusé. Biensur ils ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais et se moquent de nous littéralement en Indonésien. Vraiment zéro respect et professionnalisme !!!!!!
On a donc laissé nos sacs dans leur « smoking Area ». Bref personne a l’accueil pour le Check out et remise des clés.
De plus il n’y a pas de PQ dans la chambre moyennant un supplément et pas de lavabo. Grosses toiles d’araignées au plafond et taches sur les draps.
Très mauvaise expérience pour notre part.

4. Staf malah bertanya apa sdh pesan, kpn pesannya, utk tgl brp, sehingga kami tidak tau apakah dapat kamar sesuai pesanan atau tidak, kesannya ada kamar kosong ya itu adalah kamarnya
5. Saat kami bertanya jam brp sarapannya malah dijawab tidak dapat sarapan. Stlh kami tunjukkan bukti pesanan, staf msh berkoordinasi dgn pengelola akomodasi. Lalu diberikan jawaban besok pagi dapat sarapannya diantar dari aplikasi

Room was dusty and uncomfortable. There was no sink, no bin, no toilet paper (staff said that normally you could buy it at the reception, but it was unavailable). Many stains in the bedsheets, to which the staff said it was 'normal'.

Windows don’t close completely and can’t be fully shut, so you might hear a bit more street noise or occasionally smell cigarette smoke from the hallway – it depends on which room you get.
• Yes, the place is noisier than others, but I think that’s just part of being in Malang – there are a lot of mosques here, and they can be quite loud.
• No towels provided, and there’s no basin/sink.

Terribly dirty. The bedding hadn't been changed before our arrival – it was full of hair and stains. There were rotten food leftovers on the shelf from previous guests. The walls were dirty. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

The beds were really dirty, as if someone had slept in them with dirty clothes and shoes and they hadn't been changed. Additionally we needed to buy toilet paper there.It was really loud as if the place had paper walls, we got woken up by a parade at 7 in the morning, but it felt like the parade was happening in the room. Later people were smoking and watching loud reels in the hallway, you literally were able to hear everything :/

I got a difference room…i reserved 2 single bed but i got 1 double bed

Did checkin, room was dirty, sheets were turned inside out full of stains and very smelly. I have asked for new sheets but they didnt have enough. I woke up in the morning thinking that I had a breakfast included but didnt even though my booking said I had. Told the staff and brought me 2 breakfasts instead of 3. I asked for an early checkout as I didnt want to stay 2 nights after the bad experience, but they did not return the money. I left very disappointed. There is no sink to clean your teeth and the room is so noisy.. never again!

The staff is not really welcoming, there is no paper at all even if you ask them.
