Very disappointing stay—the room was dirty, unhygienic, had a bad smell, cockroaches and bed bugs

The room was extremely dirty and did not match the photos shown on the website at all. We feel completely misled by the pictures and description.

There was a very bad smell in the room, cockroaches and bed bugs, and the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the room was in a very poor and unacceptable condition.

I would strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel. You are better off staying anywhere else rather than choosing this hotel. Very disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was Okay.

Cons:

It was not a good stay at all. The room was not clean, and the toilet was also poorly maintained. There was dust everywhere, and the telephone was not working and appeared not to have been maintained for a long time. I also found bed bugs on the bed, which was extremely concerning. The fan was very noisy, and the AC was not working properly. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement

قديم والصراصير منتشره فيه وفي دورة المياه تنام والصراصير عليك فطور فاشل وغرف صغيره جدا ولا يصلح لكبار السن لان لا يوجد اصنصير والدرج رفيع والمكان لا يتوفر قريب منه أي مطاعم حلال لان المنطقه منطقه بوذيه غير مسلمين للاسف لم اتمكن من تصوير المكان لغذارته
