Kindly avoid as it lacks facilities like battery backup.
Pros:

Only location seems to be the strong point for this hotel.

Cons:

This particular room 116 is not suitable as it does not have any windows. Also double bed was okayish. There was lot of foul smell in the room.

To top it all, there was power failure during my stay. This happened around 1:30 am. Electricity was out for almost 1 hour. There is no battery backup.

Please check the rooms physically before booking at this hotel.
