Bersih. Kebersihannya baik, tetapi ada masalah kebisingan dari pukul 19.00 hingga 23.00—berupa musik—lalu suara mesin cuci yang beroperasi dari tengah malam hingga pukul 03.00 pagi.
I really didn't want to leave a review as I don't want others to know about it; it is that good. It felt like we were the only people there. Amazing staff, rooms and pools. Highly recommend and most definitely will stay again.

Het ligt heerlijk buiten het drukke centrum van Ubud. 10 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum.
Supermarkt op 2 min lopen.
Genoeg plek om aan een van de twee zwembaden te liggen.
Ontbijt is prima, vers fruit + keuze wat te eten + fruitsapje.

Badkamer zou een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken
Handdoeken en linnen niet altijd volledig vlekvrij
Het was een nette en schone kamer, het personeel was ook vriendelijk. De accommodatie in zijn geheel is ook mooi aangelegd met 2 fijne zwembaden.
Het hotel ligt te ver van het centrum om het te lopen, je zal dus een taxi moeten pakken. Er zijn wel enkele restaurants op loopafstand

Reservé la recogida del aeropuerto con el hotel en Febrero y lo olvidé, y cogí otro taxi. Es error mío, pero no ayudó el hecho de que el hotel me mandase el día antes de mi llegada un mensaje diciendo:" necesitas asistencia?" en vez de "un taxi le recogerá del aeropuerto tal como se acordó en su día". Así que puede ser error compartido, pero a la hora de pagar no hubo duda: en recepción me enseñaron el correo de Febrero y tuve que pagar el segundo taxi también, el del hotel. Esa actitud no me pareció bien. Por lo demás, un hotel excelente
