Didn't even get a chance to stay

Cons:

Hotel offered a room with bathtub which was evidently missing. Then tried to upsell me into a similar room while not addressing my issue that I booked room in order to have a bath and relax after long trip. Seemed totally uninterested and were dismissive and rude while insisting payment. Left and went elsewhere. Booking should not host hotels that falsely advertise
