Location is very good. Hardly 5 mins drive from Kukke Subramanya temple

Cons:

1) The moment you walk into the check in desk you will be greeted with a smell of sweat and damp clothes.
2) Dirty pillow covers
3) Dirty towels
4) The restaurant too smells of sweat and dampness
5) Rooms smell damp
6) Room telephone never worked, so I had to run down to the reception everytime I needed any assistance. They couldn’t fix the phone inspite of repeated complaints
7) Very poor wifi in the rooms. There was a power cut too and once the power was back the WiFi was totally disconnected. No amount of retries helped. Again I had to run to the reception to get it fixed

Excellent place to stay and it is 2.5 km from temple and has ample of parking spots with security.
Pros:

Reasonable price. Our expectations was low but the staff and the property exceeded expectations. Suitable for guest travelling with own kilometers and is 2 km from the Temple and Bus station.

Pros:

Room and its convenience to kukke offcourse you'll need car. Has restaurant as well below so its convenient.

Cons:

Staff were very lethargic and not proactive. Tv didn't work they kept saying we will fix it but never fixed.
