Pros:

Staff was courteous and reactive.Hotel very safe.Some effort had been made into providing a clean environment.
I liked the restaurant @the lobby,great local foods and super duper chilled laid back atmosphere,very cozy indeed,I ate there on my two days there,no regret! Excellent service and hospitality.
20 min walk to Osho ,tourist friendly location with nice eateries all around the block.
AC worked just fine and was silent throughout.Front desk staff was eager to help.
I slept perfectly,no noise,no traffic,just deep sound sleep.
Large Window with trees in sight,very thick light blocking curtains,very easy to adjust.
Bedsheets were clean,including pillow cases,Wich is rare in India!

Cons:

Cigarette smoke can come from another room at times.If you're a smoke hater this place might not be for you.My room did not smell like tobacco though,but this isn't a smoke free hotel, that's all.

Pros:

La posizione in buon quartiere, per quanto riguarda la camera posso giudicare solo la stanza 102 dove ho dormito: pulizia ok, letto comodo, lo staff ci ha concesso il check in molto in anticipo e ci hanno tenuto in deposito i bagagli anche dopo il checkout.

Cons:

Purtroppo non è stato possibile riposare nella stanza 102 causa rumore MOLTO fastidioso dovuto da ventole e motori che si attaccano in intermittenza pomeriggio e notte ( probabilmente tra questi anche lo scarico del tubo di scarico cucina ristorante che esce proprio sul terrazzino vicino alla testata del letto) .

A hidden gem.
Pros:

Everything.
Spotless rooms, top notch service and excellent food.
The restaurant below and the hotel entry via the kitchen adds a little more charm to this place.
The staff (so polite and extremely helpful) is cherry on top.

Pros:

Really nice, clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location within a walking distance of lots of cafés and restaurants.

Cons:

You do have to walk through a restaurant to enter but this isn't difficult.
