Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, professional and always willing to help; Satish in particular was incredibly responsive even before I arrived, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. A special thank you to Satish, Deepak, Ashish and Suresh, who were all so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the location, the delicious dinners and how effortlessly the team helped with transportation and anything else I needed.

Cons:

If I had to find something, it would be the cold shower. That said, with the heat and humidity, it was actually quite refreshing!
