Clean, Comfortable and Convenient Location in Central Jerusalem.
Pros:

Very clean hotel in a great location. Close to Ben Yehuda and a 12 minute walk to Mamilla. Staff was very nice and a nice breakfast buffet.

Cons:

I realized that you cannot lock the door to your room from the inside. They need to add locks from the inside. I don't remember any other hotels not having an extra lock inside the room.

There is a gap at the bottom of the door to the rooms and you can hear anyone talking in the hallway or when the cleaners are talking in another room down the hall.

חדרים ישנים, מיטה לא נוחה בכלל, שירותים ואמבטיה מגעילים היה הכל שחור כאילו לא ניקו אף פעם, במיטה היה עכבישים קטנים בקיצור מזעזע

We had an exception holiday vacation for Sukkoth. The Staff was extremely nice and accommodating!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, the location was really the best. Close to everything Shaare Chesed, and the Kotel and all the restuarants.
