השירות, החדר, הטרקלין היה ברמה מאוד גבוה, הנוף והמיקום של המלון

Cons:

הגקוזי בחדר היה מוזנח ומלוכלך

להוסיף לדף של החדר מה מותר לנו לא זכרנו אם מותר לנו שתייה מהמקרר בחדר האם היין היה בתשלום

גורשנו מהמלון בגלל שלא צויין גיל הילד בהזמנה

הזמנו חדר עם שתי מבוגרים וילד. לא צויין גיל הילד. הבת שלנו בת 11.
המלון סירב לקבל אותנו וביקש תוספת על ילד וטען ששילמנו על מחיר תינוק.
נאלצנו לצאת מהמלון עם המזוודות וללא חדר.
ממש לא יפה מצידם.
לא היה אכפת להם כלל על מצבנו, פשוט זרקו אותנו מהמלון בגלל שלא צויין גיל הילד.
לא ממליץ להתקרב למלון. כסף חשוב, אורחים פחות.

The staff is amazing, they were supper welcoming and kind. The room was amazing with a view to the sea,it was clean as well. Overall we had an amazing vacation, and yes we well be back ♡

נהנו במקסימום, המלון זוכה בצדק לתואר המלון הטוב ביותר באילת. נחזור להתארח בו שוב בוודאות. מומלץ בחום

המלון יפה ומיוחד, הצוות אדיב ונעים בצורה יוצאת דופן, השירות היה מושלם, החדר יפה, נוח ומרווח. האוכל היה טעים מאוד, מגוון גדול, שפע, והכל טעים. הבריכה גדולה והילדים נהנים בה מאוד, יש מגלשה מגניבה, בריכת זרמים שעובדת כל שעה, 2 בריכות, בכלל אזור הבריכה מהמם וגם המלון. ניכר שהשירות עומד בראש סדרי העדיפויות במלון. המלון נקי מאוד, לא עמדנו בתור לשום דבר, לא בקבלת החדר ולא בחדר האוכל.

Recomiendo por el precio y el nivel de la atencion, habitaciones y comidas.
Pros:

DAN HOTEL mantienen su nivel en sus desayunos!! es uno de los mejores hoteles con la mejor cocina y comida!!!

Cons:

Pienso que tendrian que reformar los muebles, el decorado, alfombras, aunque estaba todo muy limpio la decoracion es un poco antigua, deben renovarse para mantener el nivel del hotel.
Otro problema fue la conexion del auto a la electricidad, perdimos mucho tiempo hasta que alguien nos vino a ayudar a entender como se debia realizar el recargo de electricidad
