הזמנו בדן פנורמה והעבירו אותנו למלון אחר מהרשת של דן ואת זה לא אמרו לנו בהזמנה וזה היה באותו היום כך שזה לא בסדר !

שלום,
רצינו לשתף בחוויה המאכזבת שהייתה לנו במלון. לצערנו, האירוח שקיבלנו לא היה טוב והיחס אלינו לא היה מכבד ולא נעים. ביקשנו להחליף חדר בעקבות הבעיות שהיו, אך הבקשה שלנו לא נענתה כלל.

זו לא הפעם הראשונה שאנחנו מגיעים למלון — בפעם הראשונה החוויה הייתה מצוינת והכול היה ברמה גבוהה, ולכן חזרנו שוב עם ציפייה ליהנות כמו בפעם הקודמת. אבל לצערנו, בפעם השנייה החוויה הייתה על הפנים.

החדרים לא היו נקיים בכלל, לא קיבלנו יחס ראוי, והרגשנו שלא מתייחסים אלינו בצורה מכבדת. מאוד מאכזב לראות ירידה כזו ברמת השירות והאירוח.

Big room, good location

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was not pleasant. Despite booking a non-smoking room, ours smelled strongly of cigarettes. When we brought this up, the staff actually suggested that our son had smoked in the room before we arrived—which is impossible, as he doesn't smoke.
Furthermore, we booked a room for three people, but the room wasn't set up for us. We had to ask for the third bed, which turned out to be an incredibly uncomfortable folding cot. Finally, the soundproofing is terrible. The room next to ours was noisy until 2:00 AM, and we could hear their music and every single word of their conversation. They may have better rooms available, but based on our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.
