Recomendable
Pros:

They are flexible with arrival timings. Rooms are comfortable. Location was close to shops if one needs anything and reachable easily by taxi through Google maps. Electric kettle was practical, Drinking water was provided.

Cons:

The age of the rooms were visible in the cleaning and water stains on the taps. Corners and drawers could be regularly cleaned.There was no tea or coffee, but i got it from the shops nearby.

Neat, clean and value for money
Pros:

Very clean room and toilet. Well maintained.. walking distance from Perungudi railway station.

Cons:

No decent restaurants near by. The breakfast provided at the facility is not good.

Okay room but you have to ask yourself for everything!

Only the bed was good! Soft and comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed for one day.

On the first day, when I checked in, toiletries were not provided. I had to ask about them myself. Later, when I tried to turn on the TV, it became a struggle with the remote control—some buttons were not working at all. I showed this to the receptionist, who said the batteries were down. I asked him to try it, but it still didn’t work. He even tried another remote, but none of them worked.

By then, I was quite fed up and decided to ignore the issue and go with it. At the very least, they should have offered me another room or at least acknowledged the inconvenience, but nothing was done.

Later, I also realized that they provide a water bottle at check-in, but I did not receive one. That’s still acceptable, but the service should be equal for everyone.

Additionally, I was not informed that breakfast was included in the price. I had already booked a cab to go out for breakfast when they finally told me that breakfast was ready.

Ok for a day’s stay , economical .
Pros:

Rooms were clean .

Cons:

Room atmosphere.. was not fresh .. needs more ventilation. They allowed me a different room than which was shown in booking .
