Ottima base per Flores
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per Flores, abbiamo trascorso una notte in una camera di albergo e una notte nell' appartamento a pochi passi dalla struttura.entrambe le sistemazioni erano adeguate.La colazione era ottima fatta in albergo e Ci hanno preparato un'ottima colazione take away alle 4 di mattina ( avevamo l'escursione a Tikal) che è stata molto apprezzata.aria condizionata perfetta letti comodi e pulizia eccellente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente sulla prima notte dove non risultava la prenotazione per 5 persone ma solo per 4( era rimasta fuori la bimba di 6 anni) e ci hanno chiesto 200 quetzales in più non dandoci né un letto in più e sulle prime neanche la colazione per la bambina doveva essere inclusa. Viste le nostre perplessità hanno deciso di includere la colazione ma non ci è piaciuta la gestione della problematica.

Heel fijn, aangenaam en mooi verblijf.
Pros:

Heel leuk en aangenaam hotel. Op een toplocatie. Wij hadden een leuk balkon met zicht op het water. Goed werkende airco. De badkamers zijn standaard maar netjes.

Cons:

Het ontbijt ‘s morgens verloopt chaotisch. Duidelijk te weinig personeel waardoor de kwaliteit van het eten dan weer tegenvalt. Best wat minder opties geven, maar het wel beter doen.

החדר מואר ונקי, עיצוב נקי וצנוע
מקלחת נקיה ואפילו היתה לנו מרפסת צופה לאגם ולרחוב.

I'd stay here again!
Pros:

I was so grateful to have air conditioning! My room was super clean and free of bugs/lizards. It was on the first floor, but the only noise I heard at night was my neighbors entering their rooms. Breakfast was delicious and such a treat to be included.

Bellísimo hotel con desayuno y café espectacular
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, el personal es super amable, Hans nos ayudó con los arreglos de nuestras actividades y nos buscaron en el aeropuerto. El desayuno totalmente espectacular.. también los postres y el café increíbles. La decoración y el estilo del lugar son preciosos. La habitación super limpia, excelentes camas y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un balcón precioso, que da a la calle, dado que hay movimiento por ser zona turística, se oyen los carros pasar, pero no nos afectó para dormir en lo mas mínimo.

Extreem overcharging van een taxirit. Ik zou verwachten dat je voor gaaten gewoon de prijs regelt die gangbaar is maar nu wilden zij x 3 vragen.

Clean and stylish hotel with attentive personnel
Pros:

We loved our rooms. Very clean rooms, beds, bathroom and common areas. The a la carte breakfast was very delicious. Me and my partner ordered lattes and banana chocolate cake after our Tikal tour and let me tell you it was yummy. The ride to and from airport is 40 quetzales per person *each way*. I want to give a special thanks to Tristan at the lobby and Manuel the pick up/drop off airport driver, they were beyond helpful. My mother in law forgot her meds in the lobby after we left for the airport and we were able arrange for Manuel to drive her meds to us in the airport.

Nice small place in the middle of Flores
Pros:

The location is perfect, in the middle of Flores island. When we were there the bridge was broken and no cars allowed to pass it so that was little bit of a pity but the walk was about 600 m.
The lady in the reception when we arrived in the evening was very nice and friendly but the guy in the morning not really and did not speak English at all, quite a pity when you realize that 80% of customers are not spanish speaking.
Breakfast was quite nice.

Cons:

We tried to speak some basic Spanish but there was no interest in trying to reply some English of the morning staff.

Muy bien hotel, ubicado muy cerca de la entrada de la isla de Flores, muy bonito, limpio y cómodo.
