Pros:

Second time visiting the property. It is a safe and welcoming space, proximate to the Colva beach and local commute.
Staff was kind - permitted us to keep our luggage, and take rest around the property, pre and post our check-in/check out timings.

Cons:

Their non-AC rooms are not the best choice for Goa's hot summers. Could have also had a water dispenser around the property.

Exterior vibe

Cons:

Hygiene, Pillow ls were never washed and had gone black. Three rooms 2*3. = 6 pillows all were black and disgusting and they had put a brown cover on it so won't know if the covers were clean or not. If it had been white I am sure reality would have been disgusting.

Room has something wrong with the way it was constructed. No ventilation and the floors get wet due to high humidity posing extreme safety hazards.

Walls were dirty not maintained well.

Pictures of interiors are misleading.

Pros:

The room was comfortable. Close to the beach but away from the noise.

Cons:

The entrance road to the property is very bad. We were 3 adults in a room but only 2 towels were provided. We had to call for one more.

Worst stay and made our three days
Pros:

The worst experience ever , unhygienic place plus the basic bathroom facilities were not provided neither staff helped there as well as very rude and we have to keep chasing them in the end we had to leave the hotel after just 2 nights but we have booked it for 5 nights
Also booking.com customer support was horrible they haven’t helped us at all
Wont be doing any booking via booking.com

One of my favorite parts was the peaceful garden view around the property. It added such a calm and refreshing vibe, especially in the mornings and evenings. The location is another big plus — the beach is just a short walk away, so it was super convenient to enjoy Colva.

Overall, it felt like a simple, comfortable, and well-maintained place with great hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.

Pros:

The place has a really lovely feeling of being in the middle of a forest or village while being in easy walking distance from the sea.

And the staff are very kind. Especially the receptionist Bipul was helpful and always making sure all was good.
