Da Geschäftsreise, Frühstück ab 8:00 Uhr sehr spät.
Zufahrt ist eher schwierig
Szép volt a szoba a tisztasággal elégedett voltam, sokat rontott a történeten hogy a terasz ami a legnagyobb értéke ennek a szobának, az azon lévő ajtó szúnyogháló ki volt szakadva több helyen és látszott hogy ez már bizony nem friss történet. Az ágy kényelmes és hatalmas , minőségi ágyneművel. A Konyhán dolgozó kolléga vagy kollégák ugyan a háttérben dolgoznak de az Ő munkájuk volt a legjobb , mert odafigyelve minőségben adták ki az ételeket és nagyon finom volt minden.
A pultban dolgozó kolléga - a szervizért felelős hölgy - ugyan mindent megcsinált de szájhúzogatós volt, ez nyilván egyik vendégnek sem tetszik ..egyszerűen nem oda való valószínüleg a mentalitása nem ügyfélközpontú. Éjjel arra ébredtem hogy hangos a lépcsőházi zene ...próbáltam elvonatkoztatni de a végén felhívtam a portát. fél 12 volt. Ez nem volt vészes és azonnal orvosolták, inkább csak nem esett jól és valószínűleg nem mindennapos. Meg aztán aludni kell és nem hallgatózni. :D
It is an interesting boutique hotel. The most striking thing was the room. It was exceptionally well done up, in the style of rooms of old, very classy with antique looking furniture. Also a very spacious room (I had booked a Deluxe suite)
Parking inside the premises was a bonus. I didn't have to worry about the safety of my car.
While the room was exceptionally good, it can do with more plug points and sockets at the right locations.
Csendes, nyugodt helyen van, igényes kivitelezéssel, láthatóan magasabb minőségi és kiszolgálási nívóval.
Az épület építészeti világa inkább a kelet-európai újgazdag ízlést képviseli.
A szobámból egy elhanyagolt hullámpala-tetőre láttam rá - egyfajta kelet-európai feeling.:)
We enjoyed the terrace and view of the city. It was very clean and quiet.
When we walked into the room the first few things we saw were broken blinds, cords from the lamps on the floor not plugged in, and lamp shades that were stained. We had to leave the lamps unplugged in order to use the only two outlets in the room. It was over 88F that day and they had not turned on the air conditioning. We then could not get the air conditioner to work. Once it was turned on by staff, it could not cool the room. The beds were on the softer side. The landscape water features were not turned on as they had been in the pictures. Breakfast left much to be desired. We can't speak to the spa or pool as we did not use them.

A jéghideg medence (19fok) , a félhomály a szobákban, ahol érdemben nem látod magad a tükörben készülődéskor.
A szalon, ahol a billiárd asztal van, semmi èlet nincs.
Szerintem egy bár illene oda, és a háttérben zene szólhatna, sokkal élvezhetőbb lett volna. Igazi közösségi tér hiányzik, ahol a felnőttek tényleg kitudnak kapcsolódni.

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó.
A reggelinél egy személynek csak egy kávé vagy csak egy tea van benne a svédasztalos reggelinél, ha már valaki mindkettőt inna, azért plusz árat számolnak fel.

Valóban gyönyörű szép és igényes és tiszta és nagyon illatos volt
A recepción illetve sehol sem volt megírva hogy a wellness részleg milyen és a kínzó hőmérséklet hét képest a jakuzzi se volt fel fűtve és emiatt élvezhetetlen és használhatatlan volt mint később kiderült 40 percenkent emelkedik fel fokot a víz hőmérséklete így a 31 fokos vízbe nem igazán tudtunk jót pihenni így az kimaradt. A medence jéghideg volt ami szinten élvezhetetlen volt mert bele se lehetett menni. A reggelinél a személyzet lenéző megjegyzése se volt jól eső dolog…. Nincs sehol sem feltüntetve hogy a reggelihez mi tartozik .
