Fint og meget billigt ophold. Den billige pris afspejler ikke stedet.
Pros:

Vi havde kun 1 overnatning, men stedet virker til at være godt. God morgenmad, god seng og venligt personale. Synes at stedet er bedre end de billeder, der er vist.

La ubicación justo al lado del puerto. Las piscinas también estaban bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son viejas, no hay televisión, las ventanas y puertas no cierran bien, la cama hace mucho ruido. Vimos en el hotel monos y alguna rata.....y por la noche la zona está muerta da un poco de repelús....y para colmo a las 6 de la mañana nos despertaron rezos de un templo cercano. El desayuno era poco variado pero suficiente.

For a budget hotel, it is good value for money. Location is good, beds comfy and staff friendly
Pros:

Good location next to the harbour to catch a boat to the Gili Islands. Bed was very comfy, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice

Cons:

The rooms were very basic, there was no soap or cups/glasses in the room, but they provided to us when we asked for them

We booked to stay for 1 night between our flight from Australia and getting the ferry over to the Gili Island. The hotel

Great budget hotel, really helpful in booking ferry to Gili Island, and also arranged pick up for our late flight in from Australia to the hotel.

Cons:

For the price they charge you can’t have a compliant.

Très bon rapport qualité prix . L emplacement est idéal pour prendre le bateau , l établissement est juste en face . Les piscines sont superbes avec de belles statues representants des dieux. Magnifique.

Room was unpleasant and unclean. Cobwebs and bugs in everywhere, Outdated interior and inside of the fridge was dirty. Overwhelming stench of fire to wake us up in the morning

Wonderfully helpful staff, great restaurant, easy parking, fridge in room, well maintained grounds and super clean swimming pools.

Cons:

The WiFi was a little slow, but you can’t hold the hotel responsible for that.

Clean & comfortable but tired & lacking basic facilities.
Pros:

We just stayed one night in Puri Rai on our way to Lombok.

The Hotel was good for that one night stay.

The bed was comfy & the position of the Hotel, right beside the port, was fabulous.

The room was reasonably clean but lacked creature comforts.

It was good value for money & I would probably stay again just as a transit stay.

Cons:

The Hotel lacked the little things.

A kettle was supplied but no Tea & Coffee making facilities. Very weird indeed.

I asked in reception for some cups & tea & Coffee, which they happily supplied but put it on a tray & I had to juggle it back to our, up the back, upstairs room.

All a little strange in my eyes & not particularly good service.

The Hotel feels unloved & depleted. Not a lot of maintenance or love & attention being put back into it, which makes me sad.

It served its purpose for a one night stay & I would probably stay again because of the position of it, so close to the Post.
