Pros:

Location shows at a good place but actually is in a very narrow lane without proper parking availability. The staff is lazy and we had our car scratched badly while getting out of parking into the main lane.

Cons:

Property is not really very clean. Staff is mixed. Main guy was nice and courteous, rest were lazy. Its an old house converted into a hotel. Seems like its used for unmarried couples mainly.

Pros:

The overall feel of the hotel was really nice, with beautiful interiors and a comfortable atmosphere. The location was excellent as everything was easily accessible and nearby including Sarojini, India Gate, etc. There were also good cafes within walking distance. The balcony was a great addition, offering a nice view of the main road which made the room feel even more airy and pleasant. The staff was very helpful and cooperative throughout the stay. The room was peaceful, making the night stay and sleep very comfortable. The price was moderately affordable considering the facilities provided. The lift facility also made moving around very convenient. Overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience.

It was a decent place to stay only for extremely short duration.
Pros:

The property is on a walking distance from green park however, the Nature view is just the compound trees which are present in the societies.
Cleanliness of hotel was good but the rooms had major seepage issues which our covered with wall papers. Breakfast is made by the staff here and during the peak time of 8-9 AM, they carry out clean ship view which they denied giving us breakfast and said to inform prior 7 AM or one day prior if guest wants breakfast. Though in our case they managed it later.
Ola/ Uber connectivity is Good.
Behaviour of staff is polite and professional.

Cons:

Seepage issues in rooms on 2nd floor.
Bedbugs on the 1st floor room.

Room was clean and spacious and Room had every necessary thing that one needs.Staffs were cooperative.It is situated near Green Park Metro Station.It takes approx. 10 minutes to reach AIIMS Hospital from the hotel.

auch fuer den halben preis ,würde ich auch nicht wieder nehmen.

kein englisch sprechende personal . ac kaputt ,kein kühlschrank im zimmer .
trinkwasser musste ich selber kaufen.zimmer sehr klein 3x3m.gemeinschafts küche lausig .gemeinschafts wohnzimmer relativ gross aber sauna.
