Pros:

Hotel Zoola turned out to be the perfect place for us in Pushkar! First of all, the location was wonderful — quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the market.

But the best thing about the hotel is its atmosphere: warm, welcoming, and family-like. The owner is incredibly caring and attentive, and helped us with everything we needed.

The lovely rooftop terrace is a huge bonus, with a happy, relaxed holiday vibe that makes you feel right at home.

We highly recommend this place!

Peaceful & Friendly
Pros:

The owners and the staff members have been really welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. They upgraded our room (because it was low season). The room was spacious and had a good ventillation. The surrounding was super quiet. We also enjoyed the rooftop which had an amazing view.

Cons:

During rainy the season many roads becomes really muddy and makes walk difficult.
There is no daily shops near by the hotel, the hotel is offering food, but if you like to go for others options, such as milk, fruits, snacks...then you will have to cover 10~15minutes walk.

The energy of the place is stellar! The owner is so kind and friendly! He will make sure you have all you need during your stay, and very accommodating! The staff are friendly as well as all the other guests! You can easily spend hours hanging out in the restaurant/lounge area either doing your own thing or socializing with the other guests and staff ! Good was great as well! I especially liked how reachable the owner is. We had shown up early morning (4am) and he was accommodating!!! Good price for the stay!

Cons:

The toilet pipe might need some loving as there was a constant smell coming from the toilet. But besides that everything else is impeccable!

Gute Lage bisschen abseids vom Zentrum= sehr ruhig zum Entspannen, tolle Dachterrasse, nette Menschen hier zum Kennenlernen.. fühlt sich wie eine kleine Familie an, gutes Essen zu niedrigen Preisen, das Frauen-Dorm ist toll mit offenen Betten (= keine Stockbetten)- macht es sehr bequem und gemütlich. Warmwasser in der Dusche. Govinda ist ein toller Gastgeber

Rejected my reservation few hours before checkin time by email though the booking was done 2 weeks prior . The staff was very respectful and well mannered. He told that due to some adhoc holi booking he accepted and he cannot accommodate me.
