Room is clean

There was no restaurant within the hotel. They order from some outside kitchen, anyway the place has an array of restaurants with Garuda mall food court just a step away.
Bad cots with wornout springs and no king size.
Excellent location on quiet street and very convenient to central Bangalore
Kitchen was poorly equipped and not clean
The location is good, right next to Garuda mall and 10 mn walk away from a commercial street.
Foreign exchange counters 5 mins walk away too.
I wish they had rooms or apartments which could accommodate 4 persons: 2 adults & 2 children so we didn’t have to take 2 separate rooms.
I booked six months in advance and didn’t get 2 rooms on the same floor (which isn’t convenient for a family of 4).
I didn’t find it easy and comfortable to open the room door with a key below the padlock.
I got twice disconnected from the hotel WiFi during my stay (had to get another password each time). I hard a hard time each time to obtain the WiFi password.
I didn’t get a receipt for my rooms payment as I paid in cash.

It's a decent stay. The staff were welcoming. It's in a good area where there are a lot of things to see around, for shopping, restaurants and even clubs. Clean rooms, despite being small.
The hot water wasn't working. Even after complaining and "fixing" it, the cold water situation had not changed. Which was really annoying as things like these need to be checked before giving us the room.
