Pros:

Very big and comfortable room, clean and with a/c and ventilators. They accommodated our very late check-in and staff was overall polite and friendly. The facilities cover all basic needs.

Cons:

The bed was small, there was quite some noise from the street (we did not manage to close the window) and we had no towels in the room - we had to ask for them specifically. The pictures look better; in reality the place is older and basic.

Cozy stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and cozy stay. We stayed 5 nights there and very convenient for all locations that we want to go. Specially the staff was very helpful and friendly

Great location but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Great location, in main area. Right next to garuda mall

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Saw a cockroach in room, and one in the dining area, that too near were bowls were kept. Also there was a worm/larvae like organism in cold milk.

Decent place ,near the city to stay.
Pros:

The staff and the room was clean.

Cons:

The Aircon in one of the rooms was not working.
In the kitchen ,microwave was not there .also there was washing soap and brush for the plates.

Well equipped apartment.it can become your home away from home
The best part of this property is the staff.everyone wishes you politely when they see u.the security guards always assist with bags.the housekeeping boys tend to your requests within minutes.the lady bharti at reception remembered me from my previous stay that I was unwell and asked about my health.jairam from front desk made sure my apartment tvs were set up how I like before he finished his duty for the day.
I extended my stay by one day and Jairam again made sure the transfer was not inconvenient for me and that the tvs were functioning according to my likes.
This kind of customer service is on par with 5 star properties
