The best part of this property is the staff.everyone wishes you politely when they see u.the security guards always assist with bags.the housekeeping boys tend to your requests within minutes.the lady bharti at reception remembered me from my previous stay that I was unwell and asked about my health.jairam from front desk made sure my apartment tvs were set up how I like before he finished his duty for the day.
I extended my stay by one day and Jairam again made sure the transfer was not inconvenient for me and that the tvs were functioning according to my likes.
This kind of customer service is on par with 5 star properties

Excellent Stay on budget right in the heart of city.
Pros:

The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, although the hairdryer had to be requested separately.

The reception staff, service staff, and security guards were all extremely helpful and welcoming. Jayaram, Immam, Mani, and the tall, thin lady at the reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot to note down) provided excellent service. Jayaram even went out of his way to help us order food online when we were too tired and hungry to head out.

The location is right in the heart of the city and conveniently close to all the major landmarks, which made getting around very easy. We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Just a small note — we noticed that our room was often cleaned with only one towel provided, even though there were two of us staying. However, the staff were always very prompt in delivering an extra towel whenever we requested one. Perhaps a little more attention could be given to this detail.

Pros:

There was no restaurant within the hotel. They order from some outside kitchen, anyway the place has an array of restaurants with Garuda mall food court just a step away.

Bad cots with wornout springs and no king size.
