Excellent Stay on budget right in the heart of city.
Pros:

The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, although the hairdryer had to be requested separately.

The reception staff, service staff, and security guards were all extremely helpful and welcoming. Jayaram, Immam, Mani, and the tall, thin lady at the reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot to note down) provided excellent service. Jayaram even went out of his way to help us order food online when we were too tired and hungry to head out.

The location is right in the heart of the city and conveniently close to all the major landmarks, which made getting around very easy. We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Just a small note — we noticed that our room was often cleaned with only one towel provided, even though there were two of us staying. However, the staff were always very prompt in delivering an extra towel whenever we requested one. Perhaps a little more attention could be given to this detail.

Pros:

There was no restaurant within the hotel. They order from some outside kitchen, anyway the place has an array of restaurants with Garuda mall food court just a step away.

Cons:

Bad cots with wornout springs and no king size.

An affordable place in a safe location.
Pros:

The location is good, right next to Garuda mall and 10 mn walk away from a commercial street.
Foreign exchange counters 5 mins walk away too.

Cons:

I wish they had rooms or apartments which could accommodate 4 persons: 2 adults & 2 children so we didn’t have to take 2 separate rooms.
I booked six months in advance and didn’t get 2 rooms on the same floor (which isn’t convenient for a family of 4).
I didn’t find it easy and comfortable to open the room door with a key below the padlock.
I got twice disconnected from the hotel WiFi during my stay (had to get another password each time). I hard a hard time each time to obtain the WiFi password.
I didn’t get a receipt for my rooms payment as I paid in cash.
