各部屋で空調設備をコントロールできない。部屋のシャワーに洗顔料がない。
Pros:

佐久平駅から歩いてすぐ。隣にファミリーマートがあり便利。

Cons:

空調設備が暖房のみ。窓を開けても暑く蒸し風呂のような部屋で全く快適ではなかった。
お風呂に入っていない状態で暑かった為、スーパー銭湯で疲れをとるために湯船に浸かりたかったけど、部屋の暑さを考えるとできなかった。フロントに扇風機はないか？と聞いたら、全て貸し出していて無いとあっさり言われるだけ。扇風機が必要な宿泊客が多数いるのに、暖房だけしか使えないなんて、宿泊客への配慮が無いとしか言えない。

温泉に入りたかった。他は充実
Pros:

朝食も美味しく、前夜遅く到着したけどホテルの周りには飲食店も多くあり充実できた。

Cons:

お風呂中国人がほぼ占めていたので部屋の風呂にはいりました。

Plaza in the name is just a “buzz” word
Pros:

- view from the 9th floor

Cons:

- this is what happens when you don’t invest, decades ago, it might have been fine but in 2026 to have “umakart” walls, not be able to have shower and wash basin independently on each other, fridge is standing sort of in the middle of the room, you have to pay extra for TV… time stopped here, it’s more onsen only where they just happen to accommodate you if you wish
- breakfast was also disappointing
