Location is good
Worst experience, worst AC, we paid for suite and was so hot as AC was not working and when i complained they were like its done now no issues, after sometime it was not even getting started from ON OFF button. At least for night we got another small room otherwise we need to change the hotel at that time only

In kanpur at this rate there are better hotels available. I expected more. Staff behaviour was good. Room was clean.
Washroom design is very poor hence not comfortable at all. Washroom stinks. Water is hot all day. Beds are not comfortable at all. Could not sleep all night

Great staff and comfortable and clean rooms .. Good breakfast and a great restaurant in general on their top floor.
There is a small shopping mall very close.I would certainly stay again, enjoyed their food each night of my stay.

Food: The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend Pyaaz Paratha and Sandwich. They have a pebbles restaurant at the terrace with a great aesthetics.

Very close to the metro and adjoining the mall, but quiet for a sound sleep. Restaurant on top floor seems to be very popular with the locals and is always packed.
There is only one elevator but if you can take the stairs for a couple of floors, no issues. Frequent power outages reset the elevator often.
