It’s very clean and the facility is in great shape. They said you might meet insects or animals but we didn’t see anything. The view is beautiful. The staff is professional and supportive. The spa is nice and the specialists are expert. We tried the laundry service, it was fast and efficient.

Incredible! We loved our floating breakfast in our private pool. The room had everything we needed and scooter rental was easy. It was a special experience being submerged in nature and the rooms were kept extremely clean and surprisingly no bugs considering the jungle surroundings.
We had some complications with the card machine for payment and ended up having to pay cash that we didn't plan for however this is sometimes expected in Bali so it wasn't a train smash
The breakfast was incredibly delicious, with a range of offers, served fresh through a simple order system. Particular shout out to the Avocado Smash!

Wow wow wow!! A jungle paradise!!! Absolutely loved this villa! The private pool was so gorgeous and the room was plenty spacious and clean for 2 people! The staff were so incredibly helpful and so responsive with any questions we had. It is located a little out of Ubud centre but we absolutely loved this!! We got the floating breakfast and massages — both were so good and would booking again. It was so peaceful and gorgeous will definitely be staying here again, no questions about it!
Private and peaceful, everyone was so accomodating and super nice. The property was very well kept and clean.

Ледяной бассейн. Солнце покрывало бассейн на 15% и вода в нем не прогревалась (см фото). На просьбы персонала что-то с этим сделать - ответ: "вода нормальная, это вы не такие". Хотя можно было чуть подумать и включить горячую воду через садовый шланг. Мы за 2 недели жили в 3 разных местах и это - худшее.
Мы знали, что местоположение у виллы неудачное и планировали в свободное время отдыхать в бассейне и загорать. Однако солнце там отсутствует.
Еще у нас уборщица забрала один халат (из двух). Ожидали, что попробуют повесить на нас при сдаче номера, но никакого спора не было.
Итог: бассейн - декоративный элемент, солнца на вилле нет, рядом нет даже магазина. Уехали на день раньше. Если хотите выбрать место для ночлега - рекомендую посмотреть центр Убуда, что б не тратиться на такси туда-обратно.
Wow! An amazing large private space with all the latest amenities! The view from the infinity pool over the canopy of trees is amazing and peaceful. We loved the flora and fauna right there! Cahaya Indah Villas is a place we will stay again. Thank you.
The villa was stunning, the interior was in near-new condition, with a stunning outdoor area and view.
While the view and scenery was stunning, this is at the expense of being a short, non-walkable distance from shops and restaurants. Drivers sometimes struggled to find the villa, but this is worth it for the beautiful outlook.
Everything was amazing. My girlfriend started to cry and got emotional how beautiful were this place. Jungles and private pool from villa is incredible. If you are looking for perfect place for couple then this gonna THE PLACE. This was our little paradise for couple days. And the stuff is so helpfull. We give 20 out of 10, so it doubled our expectations.
Everything was perfect. We don't have anything to say about this place, because there wasn't anything what we didn't like. Ok, there was one thing we didn't like - we had to leave this place :)

Widok z willi był niesamowity, a sama willa bardzo przestronna - zrobiło to na nas ogromne wrażenie. W rzeczywistości wszystko wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. W obiekcie panuje cisza i spokój, a personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby zadbać o najmniejsze szczegóły i sprawić, by pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Pokój był idealnie wysprzątany, z dbałością o każdy detal.
Podczas naszego pobytu opiekował się nami Komang (Trainee) - świetny chłopak, z bardzo dobrym angielskim. Zadbał o to, aby nasz pobyt był perfekcyjny, a kolacja przy świecach była naprawdę wyjątkowa. Byliśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem jakości obsługi - najlepsza z jaką spotkaliśmy się na Bali!
Masaż również był na bardzo wysokim poziomie - wykonany w spa przez dwie panie. Zdecydowanie polecamy skorzystać z tej opcji.
Ciężko znaleźć lepsze miejsce na pobyt, więc jak tylko obiekt jest dostępny to nic tylko rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem i cieszyć się każdym dniem. W okolicy jest wiele do zobaczenia i pełno ciekawych atrakcji.
